 
    EOME is a series of Voyager stories which are based on the premise that the Maquis ship
    was not destroyed in "Caretaker." Janeway and Chakotay form an alliance with
    each retaining their respective commands.  
    Given that there is no name in canon for the Maquis ship, this series calls it
    "Fides," which is Latin for "Faith."

     Confederation by Kath - October 1997  
    When the Maquis come to Voyager's aid against the Kazon, Janeway and Chakotay decide to
    ally their crews. 
     Follow the Leader by Kath - October 1997  
    The Maquis/Starfleet Alliance goes through some growing pains as the two leaders attempt
    to balance who is in command. 
     Casualty and Confession by Kath - October 1997  
    Chakotay is injured in Engineering when Janeway refuses to share personnel. 
     Food for Thought by Kath - October 1997  
    Janeway and Chakotay disagree on matters of trade when the crews are starving and their
    only source for resupply is demanding technology in exchange. 
     Change of Command by Vicki and Kath - November 1997  
    Just as Janeway and Chakotay are making progress in building a friendship circumstances
    force Chakotay to take command of Voyager. 
     Cracks in Time's Mirror by Kath and Vicki - December 1997  
    While investigating an anomaly, Torres and Paris get a glimpse of other possibilities for
    the Maquis/Starfleet alliance.

    When a serious difference of opinion splits the Maquis/Starfleet alliance, both Janeway
    and Chakotay ponder the consequences.

    The rumour mill grinds news of a mutiny but when Chakotay and Janeway seek the root of the
    matter they are not prepared for what they find.

    The distance between the Delta Quadrant and home is keenly felt by both crews, who are
    turning to each for comfort. When Chakotay turns to his spirit guide for peace he has an
    unexpected experience.

    Chakotay to make a shocking decision.

    Tuvok is on the trail of a murderer but when the Doctor comes forward with surprising

    finding a cure.

    While examining a possible shortcut home, the Maquis are given an extraordinary gift.
