  So..    You've heard a rumour..   about Michael Shanks..    Vaitiare Bandera ..  and a baby..??

And you're wondering if it's true.  And you cant seem to find it online anywhere...????    Well,  I  gathered that's why you're here :)

Firstly let me state that this is NOT Michael Shank's Official site.  This is not even a site dedicated to the *actor*. 

This is a Stargate site and it's dedicated to Mike's character - Daniel.

I just wanted to make that clear, and to be perfectly eloquent when I say  that I have no contact with the guy, etc.

Please do not email me asking where to send things to... or for confirmation... or complaining about it (*yikes*) .. etc.. because I'm nothing to do with the guy.   Sorry!

and if there's still nothing about him, Vaitiare Bandera or baby Tatiana - over there, well , I cant help you, sorry.   Perhaps he's requested that the MSOOF site not acknowledge it yet or something???  That would be the place he'd make the announcement through, that's for sure..... It's his site afterall.

All I can say is that YES.. to my knowledge it's true.

Despite the fact that he seems pretty tight lipped about the subject he did appear on a talk show recently with the baby.. (I believe - again- I didn't see it) ...  and  that the woman who played Sha're in the series,  Vaitiare Bandera,  is the mother. 

The baby was about 3 months old (according to those that saw the interview) and I'm wondering if that is why Daniel is *absent* through most of the late Season 2 episode, "Matter of Time".  If Vaitiare was really pregnant in "Secrets" then MOT would be around the right time of birth (but I'm just guessing here!)

Again, I'm not the "Official" word.. so don't go quoting me please!  This is just what I have been told, and what I have worked out for myself. 

If' it's true, this is great news.   Together they have created an incredible new *person* and enriched their lives infinitely - forever!

I hope that Tatiana is a healthy baby and that she brings many, many years of happiness to her parents.

Okay, I cant let this go without saying it at least once!!!!   HOW DARE HE  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How dare Mike let poor Daniel go through that heart break all the time - searching fruitlessly for his beloved wife.. threatening to *harm* certain others (ooh, now there was a side to Daniel  I*liked* to see!!!  Woo hooo!! ;-D)  while every night Mike goes home to her!!

LOL...  well.. I thought it was ironic!!! I guess they *share* her, gettit??  LOL.. oh .. *sigh*    ... forget it .. Hahahaa   :)
