"Covering the basics..."

Who owns what
I've gone out of my way to try and keep copyrighted materials separate so they can be identified easily. Hopefully it's worked well without detracting from the story itself.

In any case, here are the specifics of what belongs to who.

Lolth, Loth, Lloth and various other derivitives of the name, belongs to the Forgotten Realms universe and thus is copyrighted by Wizards of the Cost. Likewise for the concept of a Drow race worshipping the spider goddess.

The 'Drow' race in specific is one I've heard argued back and forth all across the 'net, and my personal opinion is that the Drow are based off actual legends and stories, so thus the name can be used by anyone. However, that particular point is one which the FR people seem to disagree on, so I'll attempt to keep all references to Drow only in the "copyrighted by someone other than me" divitions.

The concept of the forgotten splinter group which defies and hides from a former evil patron diety and hides deeper among the caverns below the surface is a generic idea which no one can really copyright at all, in my opinion, but, nonetheless, the idea as it applies to an underground race of elvish people is copyright to me.

Keyazu, Sydekale, and The Unnamed One are all my creations and copyrighted by me. Likewise for the story of how they slept and were woken again, and likewise for all their special abilities and whatnot. All names not noted as copyrighted by someone else above are copyrighted by me, exception being the obvious "The Unnamed One" ... that's a generic phrase which pops up quite commonly in various realms of fantasy.

The symbols described and given for my creations are also copyrighted by me.
