Bio: Victor was born on the island of Genosha, and was raised as Mutate #666. He escaped through unknown means, and came to live in the United States. There, he realized his talent for storytelling, and started a chapter of Vampire The Masquerade in the town he settled in.
He first met Hotshot when the mutant had come to warn him about the phalanx. He later became a member of the superhero team The X-Tremes. While a member of this team, he discovered that he was gay, and became involved with Patch, Wolverine's son.
Else Worlds Bio: Ghost Riders- Necromancer grew up in the service of Apocalypse, hoping to one day become the Horseman of Death. He was killed while in pursuit of another of his obsessions: controlling the Undead Warrior, Ghost Rider.

Necromancy- He can call the souls of the dead back to their bodies to do his bidding (HF 15). If the bodies are completely destroyed, the souls themselves return as wailng ghosts (HF 18). He has a 70% chance of convincing the souls to cooperate. If he fails, he can make them obey with a cost of 1 ISP per soul.
Immune to Ghoulish Horror Factor.
