Black Daggers are simply daggers with black blades. However on a natural attack roll of 20 the tip breaks off and works it's way to the victim's heart, killing him in 48 hours. During this time the victim is unable to perform any action until aided by a neutralize poison spell.

Thieves' backstab damage multipliers are doubled when using this weapon.
