The fighter/mage/thief Siasl wished to be well armed while being able to retain all of his theiving abilities.  So, in order to do this, he created a special necklace.  The necklace is a leather string with six ivory-white, 2.5 inch sticks tied on.  When one of the sticks is removed, it becomes a full-sized javelin+1.  The javelin becomes a stick once again when a command word etched on the javelin is spoken.
