Don't Tell Buffy

Scene One

Buffy Summers was walking down the school hallways wondering what time Angel would be at the school to pick her up. He said that he had a surprise for her.

Across the school Willow and Xander were walking next to each other trying not to blab what Angel had told both of them not to tell anybody especially and these were his words "Don't tell Buffy!!!" The reason Angel told Both of them was because he knew they'd eventually tell each other.

Xander: Listen I have something to say.......

Willow: No me first I..I...I

Xander: Wait I wanted to tell you that Angel said....

Willow: Huh??? Angel told me that he was ......

Both of them were walking and talking at the same time when they both bump into Buffy.

Buffy: Ooh I heard Angel's name being involved.

Willow: Ooh Um Buffy aah......

Xander: Buffy aah I was gonna ask. Have any Twinkies??

Buffy: What??

Xander: Yeah gotta run

Xander looks at Willow and shrugs then turns around and starts running.

Buffy: What was that about?

Willow: Uuh Twinkies umm me too.

Buffy: Me too......

Before Buffy could finish Willow ran.

Scene Two

< In the Library >

Buffy's siting on the table with Giles waiting for Xander and Willow.

Buffy: Well they were talking about Twinkies and running maybe they got sick?

Giles: Yes well, that does sound rather like Xander but Will.....

Willow walks in with Xander

Giles: Ow, Willow

Buffy: Where have you two been?

Xander: We were out eating Twinkies. There's just something about Twinkies

Willow: Yeah they, um, make me, aah giddy, and eat some and, um uhuh

Buffy: Ok Will How many did you have?

Giles: Well we have work to do.

Buffy: Always

Xander: If it involves Twinkies I'm out. How 'bout you will?

Willow: Then, yeah but what?

Buffy: What was that Angel talk?

Xander: Lets hit the books shall we Will?

Willow: Yeah lets go!

Buffy: Wha wait!

Before Buffy could see what they where doing they were out the door. Xander and willow were walking in the halls to get out of school.

Willow: So Angel told you?

Xander: Yeah, why do you think he would tell us both?

Willow: I don't know......

Xander: Speaking of the vampire!

Angel: Hey, you guys seen Buffy?

Xander: Yeah, Library

Angel: You two didn't tell her right?

Willow: How'd you know we told each other

Angel: Why do you think I saved you the trouble?

Xander: Have you no trust man?

Angel: You two? ........sorry

Willow: Library

Angel: Right

Scene Three

< library (again) >

Angel walks in.

Buffy: Ooh dreams do come true!!

Angel: Hi!!

< Kiss,Kiss >

Buffy: So what's the big surprise?

Angel: That's gonna have to wait for tonight!

< Buffy pouts >

Buffy: Meanie,

Angel: Behave my sweet sweet slayer

Buffy: Corny!!!!! But me likes

< kisskiss again >

Angel: Come on lets go

Buffy: Kay

Giles: I thought we were going to work

Buffy: But prince charming came to rescue me

Giles: I you don't slay who will?

Buffy: Don't make me pull out my stake!

Giles: Yes well have a good time then

< Buffy smiles sweetly >

Scene Four

< Buffy's House >

Ding-dong the door bell rings. Joyce answers the door.

Joyce: Hello Angel

Angel: Hello Mrs. Summers

Joyce: Would you like some farm fresh chicken?

Angel: Um no thank you

Joyce: Come in I'll go get Buffy

Angel: Thanks

Buffy comes down in a knee high black lace dress with a white under slip and pink straps and black striped platforms. And her hair is curled with a pink heart shaped clip. Light pink lip-stick with pink eye shadow.

Angel: Wow you look even prettier then I imagined and I imagined that you looked ho.....very pretty.

Buffy: Why thank you, you look wonderful too

Angel was in a black suit with a black silk shirt. From behind him he pulled out a beautiful red rose.

Buffy: Aah you're so sweet

Angel: I know it

Buffy: Shall we go?

Angel: Yes Madame

Joyce: You two have fun (while she was munching on her bucket-o-chicken)

Buffy and Angel got into his Black BMW and drove away.

Buffy: So where are we going to eat?

Angel: I thought McDonalds

Buffy: I think I underdressed for that!

Angel: We're going to The Castaway restaurant.

Buffy: Ooh the place next to the wedding chapel?

Angel: .......Right

Scene... Scene... what scene is this? Oh yeah!!! Scene 5

< The restaurant >

Buffy: Oh it's beautiful

Angel: Yeah

A few tables away he sees Willow, Xander, Cordy, and Joyce, and Giles. Right when he looks at them they hold up their menu's.

Buffy: That girl looked like Willow.....

Waiter: Hello table for two?

Angel: Yes I have a reservation

Waiter: Your last name please?

Angel: Angel

Waiter: Aah yes the surpri.... I mean the dinner for two right this way

Angel: Yes

The waiter seats them and pours them waiter

Waiter: Our specials tonight are French fries hamburger....Just waiter jokes

Buffy: ( sarcastically ) very very funny ones too

Waiter: Our special is halibut on a plate of vegetable gravy with garlic potatoes and salad.

Buffy: Yummy yummy in my tummy

Angel: Thank you

Waiter: What would you like to drink Madame?

Buffy: I'll have a sparkling cider

Angel: I'll have a 1968 red Merlot

Waiter: Can I see some ID?

Angel: Certainly

Angel pulls out his fake ID since he doesn't have a real one and who's gonna believe he's 243 and looking that good? Or alive at all?

Waiter: Thank you sir

Waiter leaves and Angel reaches across the table for Buffy's hand

Buffy: Aah you make me so happy

Angel: You make me happier

Buffy: No you make me happier

Angel: Ok

Angel: You know you look fabulous

Buffy: Thank you again

Angel: I love you

Buffy: I love you too (a little teary eyed)

Angel: There's something I want to tell you

Buffy: Yeah (with a sweet smile)

Angel looking at her eyes wondering how he's going to say this.

Angel: I want to mare...ma...take you to Ihop tomorrow morning

Buffy: That's ok with me but let me check my date book

Buffy: Are you ok? I mean it sounded like you were going to say something else.

Angel: Well I wanted to take you to Denny's but then I decided Ihop was better.

Buffy: Good choice.....I think

Waiter: Here you go, what would you like to order?

Buffy: I'll have the garlic chicken with mint potatoes and salad

Waiter: Great choice

Angel: I'll have the special

Waiter: Yes sir, I'll be back with your food

Buffy: Thank you

The waiter leaves. He comes back 20 mins. later with their order.

Buffy: Man that took shorter then the drinks

Angel looks at Buffy with a scheming smile

Buffy: What?

They eat their food and Angel pays the check which was $124 and they leave. Both of them are walking out side while the gang are sneaking behind them. Angel parked interesting far away which left Buffy puzzled but didn't complain.

Buffy: Thank you for a wonderful night

Angel: It's was my pleasure,

Buffy: Well I love spending time with you.

Both of them get in the car.

Angel: I thought before we go back to your house we could stop by the park .

Buffy: Ok (with a wondering look)

Buffy: Why?

Angel: Surprise remember?

Buffy: You mean there's more? How lucky could a girl get?

Angel: There sure is more......

They park in the Sunnydale park parking lot. when Buffy gets out she sees Giles's car. With clothes hiding the window.

Buffy: That sure does look like Giles's car

Angel: With all those sheets and stuff naah.

Buffy: Yeah you're right why would he be here?

They walk down the path which lead to the park.

Buffy: When do I get my surprise?

Angel: Soon enough

5 minutes later the come across a beautiful setting with a bench that has roses and other flowers around it.

Angel: You want to sit down?

Buffy: I'd love to, you know these aren't actually Nikes, they're dress shoes

Angel: Sorry

Buffy: Aah don't mind I love being with you, Nikes or Candies

Angel: There is something else I want to tell you.

Buffy: I knew it

In the background you could hear gasping voices. Buffy turned around but Angel started talking.

Angel: You know I love you more then anything, and I'd do anything for you. Nothing could change that. We've been together for 3 years and what a great 3 years those were. All the demons, vampires, warlocks, and werewolves tried to make it hard for us but being with you makes me happy.

Buffy: Angel I.....

Angel: I'll love you forever, you know I will

Buffy: Yes and I'll love you forever too

Angel: Will you?

Buffy: Oh god

Angel: Marry me

Buffy's face turned white, inside she was happy and she wanted to say yes but it felt as though something was holding her back. Then the gang stepped out of the bushes and said surprise!!! But Buffy was thinking to hard to notice or even turn around.

Buffy looked up at Angel and the answer rushed to her head

Buffy: I'm sorr....n..

Angel look right into her eyes

Buffy looked at the people and looked back at Angel

Buffy: Yes!!!!

Angel and Buffy hugged and kissed passionately, The gang all jumped for joy. They all left the park planning the big day.

Xander: Do you guys happen to have any Twinkies would you???

All: Shut-up Xander!!!!
