Armor of Eislann
A magical armor which endows its wearer with several supernatural powers. The armor is always a classic plate-mail or full plate style without any sort of helm, and a cape is permanently attached to the armor. Wearers of the armor are encumbered by its weight but are given combat bonuses and special powers. The armor is linked to the elemental force of air.
- 125 MDC and AR: 18. The MDC regenerates at a rate of 4d6 per hour unless the armor is completely destroyed.
- Allows the wearer to leap incredible distances lengthwise with a short running start, equal to 3d4 X 10 plus the wearer's PE in feet. The height of the leap is equal to the character's PE in feet. The armor's fluttering cape appears to change into bat wings and the character's skin takes a demonic blue shade in the air.
- The wearer's appearance is given elven qualities which are always flattering (adds 4 to PB while worn).
- Combat Bonuses
: The character enjoys bonuses of +2 to initiative, +3 to dodge and parry while wearing the armor.
- Aura Blast
: By concentrating, the character can focus his aura into a damaging projectile or blow (punch, kick, etc). The character can attempt this attack twice per day plus an additional attempt at levels three, six, and nine. Projectile attacks inflict 4d4 damage and have a range of 40 plus the character's PE in feet (PP bonus to strike only). The aura blow inflicts 2d6 plus the character's PE in damage. Either attack counts as two attacks. Will damage SDC or MDC material, depending on the target's damage capacity type.
- Penalties and Limitations
: Weighs 40lbs. The character's speed is reduced by 20%, -30% prowl penalty, and the elaborate armor is large, unconcealable, and cumbersome. Add one foot to the character's width at the shoulders. The head and upper arms of the wearer can be struck by rolling over the AR of the armor.
