Part two

I've finally typed up part two!

Disclaimer one: SCOUT WARNING! Yes, those pesky goody - goodies will appear in this chapter, but don't be put off, they will be slightly more tolerable than in the series.

Disclaimer two: I don't own these characters, I'm just abusing them for my own personal fun [can't you tell I was deprived as a child :)] They belong to someone else - but NOT, as YahooGeocities would have you believe, them, even though they claim to own everything on my page. Two words Geocities - Go Jump.

Warning - This has Yaoi in it, but its pretty tame. Nothing more then Pg-13 and that might be a bit high itself.

Anyway, enjoy the story and PLEASE! Send feedback! On to the story......

The scouts plus Darian where up at Rayes' temple having a meeting - or what was supposed to have been one. Raye and Ami simultaneously rolled their eyes as Serena and Mina argued over a Sailor V cartoon.

"I had it first Serena!" Mina argued, snatching back the comic from Serena.

"But I want it!" Serena wailed, her long piggy tails whipping across her face as she shook her head vigorously.

"And as the Moon Princess, if you do not hand over that comic over now Blondy, in the name of the Moon I will punish you!" Mina stuck out her tongue before jumping to her feet.

"You'll have to catch me first!" And with that she sprinted out the door with Serena hotly in pursuit. Luna groaned as the two disapeared down the corridor.

"Can't we sit down for 10 minutes and have any sort of resemblance of a meeting?" she muttered. Lita moved over and patted her, electing a soft purr from the cat.

"Relax Luna - it's not like we even really need to have these meetings anyway."

Indeed, since they had defeated King Calcite there had been no Nega Verse activity.

"Finally everything's back to normal" Lita finished, putting her hands behind her head and resting against the base of Rayes bed. Suddenly they heard a scream from the back of the temple followed by the sound of both Serena and Mina transforming. The remaining scouts raced outside, transforming as they went. Just before they reached the backyard Raye couldn't help but turn to Lita

"You had to say it didn't you?"

The sight that greeted them when they reached Moon and Venus was one they had hoped they had left behind. There, standing in front of the scouts was not one, but all four Dark kingdom Generals.

"I don't care how you survived Nega Scum" sailor moon sieved.

"But this time we are emptying the trash and compacting it too!" All four Generals rolled their eyes.

"Is it just me or have her little sayings got worse since I died?" Nephrite questioned Zoicite softly, who only answered with a grin.

"In the name of the Moon ........"

"You will punish us" Nephrite, Jedeite and Zocite recited together.

"Listen, Princess" Kunzite tried, attempting to bring reason to the conversation.

"We're not ... Augh!!" he was cut off as a bolt aimed at him from Moon barely missed.

"Well that went well" Jedeite commented, before turning to the only Scout that he knew reasonably well.

"Raye - call off Moon girl for a moment - we don't mean any harm" Mars turned to him, eyes blazing, causing the youngest General to gulp. Maybe singling out the Mars senshi wasn't such a hot idea at all.

"You don't expect us to believe you do you?" She replied, before throwing her charms at the Generals, then watched amazed as the floated harmlessly to the ground. Jedeite grinned. Sometimes the Scouts attacks could be fairly predictable.

"I don't understand" Mars said in shock

"The evil in them - it's gone!"

"That was what we were trying to tell your moon Princess before she blasted us" Kunzite replied, sending a glare towards the girls leader,  who quickly stepped behind Darien.

"When you destroyed Calcite we were freed from the spell that had been cast over us - the one that made us betray the Earth and Moon Kingdom"
Darien looked at the four Generals before a slight smile came over his face. He was the only one with the exception of the Generals who remembered the Moon Kingdom, and if they were telling the truth it would be nice to have back not just his Gaurdians, but his friends. Turning serious he turned to the Generals.

"You four have a lot of explaining to do"

In the end the group ended up at 'Max Stanfords' mansion on the edge of the city, as they were likely to attract too much attention if they stayed at the temple. The Generals had to curl their noses up at the Scouts who had insisted on coming with Darien, they still harboured a fairly large dislike for what they thought were immature and catty girls. Nephrites house was in remarkably good condition - it turned out that one of his associates at Stanford Executive had had a pernament house cleaner sent over during his bosses unexpected ' holiday'. As everyone settled down in the lounge Nephrite gave the house a quick once over, before returning and noticing that Jedeite was missing. At his questioning glance Zoicite spoke up.

"He went to find a bathroom - he's still feeling the after effects of the crystal" Nephrite nodded before sinking into one of the large, soft chairs.

"While we are waiting for him then perhaps you could fill us in on what happened since my death?" Kunzite asked, directing his question at the Scouts. With a nod Serena began to tell the three Generals of Calcites final battle.
creating, and the feeling of ease and relaxation it brought with it. He had in the end opted for a shower over a bath as he suspected that Kunzite proberbly wouldn't want to start explaining until he got there. Kunzite was proberbly finding out exactly what had happened, how Calcite......

"Damn!" Jedeite swore, only just stopping himself from slamming a fist into the shower wall. Now was not a good time to lose his cool - especially not over something as, as ......... He wanted to say trivial, or stupid or even worthless, but his heart refused to let him lie to himself. Closing his eyes he slowly let himself sink to the bottom of the shower stall and drew his legs up to his chest. Wrapping his arms around his legs and rested his forehead gently on his knees he squeezed his eyes shut tightly in the futile hope that it would dam the flood of memories washing over him - to make him forget. He didn't notice when the water started to run cold, nor when the water that ran down his face became mixed with a barrage of salty tears.

The other three Generals shook their heads as Serena finished her story. Maybe they had underestimated the Scouts? Nephrite stood up and stretched, glancing at his watch.

"Jedeites uniform was pretty much slashed to pieces - I think I'll go dig up something that's about his size - it'll be more comfortable at least"
Kunzite nodded.

"Tell him to get a wriggle on too - I don't really want to start until he gets down" Kunzite was interrupted from saying anything more as Zoicite, deciding that his chair wasn't really all that comfortable, plomped himself in Kunzites lap.

"Yeah, the sooner we get this this over with the sooner we can get onto more ...... interesting things" Zoicite added, wrapping his arms around Kunzites neck much to the amusement of Nephrite and Darien and the embarasment of the Sailor Scouts.

"You have a very one track mind rat" Kunzite growled affectionately

"Ah - but that's the way you like me" Nephrite stifled a laugh as he left the lounge and headed up to his bedroom, one of the four in the house. Quickly grabbing what he hoped would be roughly around Jedeites size, he got changed himself, glad to get out of the awful uniform. Approaching the bathroom he knocked loudly on the door, hoping that Jedeite could hear him over the shower. Getting no reply he banged again, before calling out loudly when he again got no reply. He was about to call again, by this time slightly worried, when he heard the shower being turned off.

"Nef?" A quiet voice asked from inside. Nephrite pushed his worry for the younger General aside - Jedeite had proberbly been just enjoying his shower and hadn't heard him.

"I've got some clothes out here for you - your uniform looked a mess" He heard a wry chuckle from inside before the door was unbolted, and a hand snaked out for the clothes.

"Thanks Nephrite. I'll be out in a minute" Nephrite heard a rustle as Jedeite got changed, then the sound of a tap running. Finally, several minutes later Jedeite emerged, a towel draped around his hair and dangling into his eyes, freshly changed. Nephrite couldn't help but notice how much younger Jedeite looked out of uniform. He tried to catch Jedeites eye, but he had already started heading back down.

"Sorry I took so long - are the Scouts ready to hear the whole gruesome tale now?" Jedeite said with a grimace. Nephrite sighed then nodded

"We really need to tell them so they can trust us - and if they trust us they might leave us alone and let us lead some sort of life - personally I don't want to have to worry every few minutes whether I'm going to be blasted by a Scout because I'm walking on the wrong side of the street or something" Jedeite glanced up, briefly meeting Nephrites eyes. To Nephrites surprise they seemed slightly red, but before he could say anything Jedeite spoke up.

"What are we waiting for then?" he questioned, and together they headed down the stairs, both dreading what was about to happen.

Lita sighed with relief as Jedeite and Nephrite entered. While Nephrite had been gone Serena had been trying to keep them all entertained by telling jokes, but in the end had only made a fool out of herself. Noticing that both Jedeite and Nephrite where out of uniform she spared them a second glance, and was immediately glad she did. They may have been cute in uniform, but out of it? To say she was impressed would be an understatement. In their own separate ways they reminded her of her old boyfriend - although even she had to admit that he didn't hold a candle to these two. She couldn't wait to see what Kunzite would look like when he got changed out of that fashion disaster of a uniform - all that hair .......... Lita was shook out of her thoughts courtesy of an elbow from Raye.

"Your starring" she hissed, rolling her eyes. Lita hmmphed quietly before turning her attention to the oncoming conversation as two of the objects of her thoughts sat down.

"Now that we are all here, I suppose you want to hear our side of the story" Kunzite started quietly.

"Where would you like us to begin?". Uncharacteristically Ami was the first to speak up.

"You said that you were brainwashed by Calcite - how, and why you?" Kunzite sighed before turning to the blue haired girl.

"He chose us I suppose because of our position in the Earth Kingdom - we had access to areas he needed to take over the planets, and the trust to be able to do and go where we pleased. As for how, the spell he cast over us was powerful - more powerful than I had ever thought Calcite was capable of casting. To be successful the spell had to be accepted by the recipient, so he fooled as into believing it was just a spell for fun - a joke of some sort, and we fell for it" He shook his head in disgust.

"He used us all and abused our friendship" Serena broke the silence that hung in the air after Kunzites last comment.

"How did he ever get close enough to the four of you to use you like that? Was he a member of the Royal Guard or a Duke of some sort?" Jedeite shook his head.

"He was only lower middle class - not a member of the Royal palace at all" He stated softly.

"We met by accident" With that, the four Generals thoughts drifted back to a time that Calcites brainwashing had only temporarily erased ..........
