| Profile: Petty, vindictive, and spiteful, Clash is a sadist in the truest sense of the word. There is nothing she likes more than hearing shrieks of pain and, to this end, she'll even broadcast feedback over her fellow Decepticons' comm links just to hear them scream. Indeed, Clash DESPISES her fellow Decepticons with a deep-rooted passion most likely fueled by their open disdain for the female form she had been designed with; for some unfathomable reason the only thing she hates more than her comrades are the Autobots and their human allies. Decepticon Inquisitor Tentacus has devoted some considerable time to "reconditioning" Clash's views on her peers but, unfortunately, all his efforts have failed; to his horror, she seems to actually enjoy his "attentions" to the point of openly provoking him. As such, Clash remains perhaps the only Decepticon that Tentacus secretly wishes HAD left with Starscream's Technoids. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Abilities: Clash is a one-robot broadcasting station, capable of broadcasting on any existing channel, both standard and superluminal, as well as utilize sensor arrays capable of detecting and pinpointing the slightest variance in an existing signal, or of picking up even the weakest signals and amplifying them. She carries a sonic pulse rifle that can generate frequencies high enough to shatter internal capacitors or low enough to crumble concrete foundations. In portable stereo mode, she can channel this effect though her broadcast capabilities with a lesser effect but against multiple targets. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Weaknesses: Due to the sensitivity of her sensor arrays, Clash is particularly vulnerable to broadcast- or sonic-based attacks, especially intense microwave bursts. In addition, her fellow Decepticons are often prone to abandoning her or ignoring her distress calls; her open hatred of them has its drawbacks, apparently. |
