Profile: Of all the Autobots, there is none who are as at home on Earth as Pounce. Embracing the thrill of exploring their odd habitat with all the gusto of an Old-West pioneer, Pounce is the "x-treme athelete" of the Autobots, hurling himself bodily into whatever new situation or locale he can get his servos on. His superiors, rather than trying to temper this, gave him the perfect job: sniffing out enemy fortifications alongside Nightowl and scouting out new terrain. An odd side-effect of this is that he's become something of a celebrity amongst the humans who are enthralled with his wild, edge-of-your-seat exploits and his easygoing manner. He's even gone so far as to release holos of his travels to the public...after they've been properly declassified by Nightowl and Seeker, of course.   
Abilities: Pounce is one of the most fuel-efficient Autobots around, getting the equivalent of 72 miles per gallon of fuel consumed in his jeep mode. In robot mode, he posesses a reinforced servo structure and a revolutionary new armature system which together make him the second most agile and limber of his kin. In battle, he uses a null rifle which halts the flow of energy through his opponent's circuitry, effectively freezing them in place for up to 2 minutes. In both modes, he also uses a grappling hook and winch capable of supporting up to 100 tons before line snappage. He is often accompanied by Sinker, a robotic canine capable of transforming into a "quagmire gun", which can temporarily put its target out of phase with its surroundings, whereupon they usually "sink" into the ground, pulled by local gravity.   

Weaknesses: Pounce is his own worst enemy, frequently overextending himself beyond his design parameters, usually resulting in seize-ups, running out of fuel at crucial moments, or taking on foes or situations far beyond his abilities. In addition, his celebrity status has resulted in human fans popping up in the most inopportune locations and times, often requiring him to put his mission and sometimes his own life on the line to save them from the Decepticons.
