For those curious people who want to know who made this webpage, this is the place to be. This page contains information about me, like what I like to do in my spare time, where I live, stuff like that. With that out of the way, here's me.
This is me... Greg Strnad. Actually, this is me in eighth grade at the District Tournament of Power of the Pen, an Ohio scholastic writing contest. I'm holding a 2nd place trophy and a 'Best of Round' award book (in POP, there are three rounds of writing. After you write, they are judged. The best writing of each round gets a 'Best of Round' award). This year in POP, I won 2nd place and a 'Best of Round' in the District tournament, 12th place in the Regional tournament, and I'm getting ready to go to the State Finals tournament. Last year I got 8th place and a 'Best of Round' in Districts, 1st place in Regionals, and 17th place in State Finals.
But who really cares about that, anyway?
As of now, I'm 15 years old, am in tenth grade high school, and live in a small town in Ohio. I love to work on computers (not just playing... making programs, fixing problems, and making webpages), draw, and do puzzles. But I really enjoy writing, which is what I want to do when I get a job (books and computer programs). I live with my two parents and one younger brother, a parakeet, two guinea pigs, and my iguana, Dragon, shown here.

I got my first Redwall book when I was in fifth grade -- Salamandastron. I saw it at a book fair and said to myself "Ok Greg... here's a book that you just have to read. Why? No clue. Just read it." So I went to buy it, but I was a buck short. Later though, my mom went to the fair and bought it for me. I tried to read it, but it made little to no sense. So for months I amused myself with Watership Down, which got me into the style of writing that Salamandastron was in. So I read Salamandastron, and liked it very much. Then my brother got me Martin the Warrior for my birthday, seeing it was by the same author of Salamandastron. And from then on, I got and read all the Redwall books... the best ones around!
Then I got the idea that I should write a Redwallish book. So in seventh grade I sat down and began writing Berriton, a story about an evil weasel named Nechtor and a mouse named Derin. But in a while, that story went nowhere... and was quite confusing. So I put that aside and began Javelin instead. That grew and grew, and now I know that this is the book that I will want to write. You can read it on my Javelin page. I also have ideas for the sequels and prequels to the story... but I haven't written them down yet.
I also enjoy programming computer games. The Redwall books have now inspired me to program Redwall games, so, well, that's what I also do! Go to the Redwall Games Page to see what I have as of now.
I also love to draw. I've made a cartoon called Gerfworld. You can see it in Gerfworld (see link at bottom of page).
I also am a big fan of 3D Movie Maker. If you have it, you can see my movies and others' movies at my 3D Movie Maker Page, the Ultimate Dragon Films 3DMM Theater! (See link at bottom of page).
So, that's me. Enjoy the rest of my pages!
