Short Background:

Usagi (Serena) is of course the main character, of Sailor Moon. We first meet usagi on her way to school (late as usual) she stumbles upon three kids terrroizing a cat with a bandaid on it's head. Usagi (serena) goes to the rescue of the poor kitty and the rest shall we say is history. Now Usagi definatly isn't the bravest strongest graceful or even the most intellegent of the senshi, but she does have the biggest heart. She trys to help people whenever possible and even take the taunts she gets better than most people would. Sure she crys alot and falls down alot and well gets herself into precarious situations alot but hey she's Usagi (serena) and we wouldn't have her any other way! I mentioned before Usagi (Serena) isn't bright, actrually she's lazy, pigheaded and a crababy. She's usually last in her class, never studies, never does her homework and eventually gets into highschool by taking a makeup exam. Usagi has a Mother, father, and little brother Shingo, and appears to be the only senshi with a really good family life.Her past isn't as mysterious as any of the other Sailor Moon characters, and she's nopt really that spectacular in her regular everyday life. She really is just a normal girl, with Magical powers if you can call that normal.

 Bizzare as this may sound Usagi (Serena) is also the Moon Princess reincarnated. I guess Usagi's original incartnation was too good to be true so fate had to make her a goofball in her next life. She's also the Future ruler of Crystal Tokyo (revealed in Sailor Moon R) the Messiah (Savior it's not THAT Messiah people!! This is revealed in Sailor Moon S btw.) and the Eternal goddess of the moon (Sailor Moon Sailor Stars) All in all Usagi is a pretty powerful girl, even without the Ginzoushou (The Silver Crystal only a true ruler of the Moon can use). Many people even the Senshi (Scouts) at times underestimate Usagi (Serena) but she always proves that's there's more to this meetball had than meets the eye.
