Episode 107

Stardate: Unknown
A shuttle carrying Tuvok, Paris and the Doctor disappears into a collapsing sinkhole and crash lands on a deserted wasteland. While Voyager tries to rescue them from this risky area of space, the Away Team befriends Noss, an exotic alien woman who's also trapped on the planet. Soon, she falls in love with Tuvok and although it's illogical for a Vulcan, he finds himself attracted to her too.

This was a nice Tuvok and Paris episode. Tuvok's character was further explored, although I would have thought he had been a "true" Vulcan at heart all his life, but somehow I can accept the idea that his youth experience of passion is responsible for his excessive logic from time to time. I liked Paris too, getting involved and showing strong feelings for both Tuvok and ..wow..admitting his feelings for B'Ellana. The guy has grown some during these years, luckily ...So what was bad...well this episode like most episodes would have benefitted from being longer. It's hard to get really involved, or believe in a romance when you hardly get to see it. And finally...yet another shuttle out the airlock..hmm hmm Raing 8.5/10

Stardate: Unknown
Finally, after five long years, an exhilarated crew of the U.S.S. Voyager finds a wormhole that will bring them back to the Alpha Quadrant. As the happy crew prepares to return to Earth,
a skeptical Seven of Nine violates captain's orders and enlists The Doctor, little Naomi Wildman and an alien pilot, Qatai, to help her stop the ship from entering the wormhole.

Now this is an episode I am not sure what to do with. It's predictable and so not very exciting, although it's meant to be. It's yet again 7 of 9 saving the day. The rest of the crew acts like nit wits and let's not even talk about their weird wishes...they do not seem up to date...so...what saves this episode? Well Naomi Wildman to my surprise. Her interaction with 7 of 9 is the only thing worth while seeing. There is screen magic between those two. And will someone tell me why star trek writers are so crazy about captain Ahab??? Rating 7.5/10
