Zucchini soup serves 4
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
4 stock cubes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
125 ml sour cream
2 liters of water
butter
white pepper
Press the garlic and cut the onion to small pieces. Cut the zucchini to or little cubes. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion and garlic in it. Add the zucchini-cubes and fry until it is nearly done (when it starts to turn softer). Then add the cream and stir until it is molten. Next you pour the water in while you stir and heat this, put in the crumbed stock cubes. When the soup is nicely hot it is ready to be eaten.
Goes well with bread and cheese.
