The Ronin is about to enter the first system on her mapping mission but
proceeds with heightened caution. The EHMP is supposed to be put back

good repair but for unknown reasons does not work still.

Negotiations with the 'Independent Isle of the Squall' have started.
Meanwhile, on the station, people prepare to set the station up for
optimal
performance for when the corvettes return.

USS ATHENE
The USS Athene has arrived in the Guishy system on it's mission to make
first contact with the inhabitants of the 4th planet. They found a
planet,
however, that was embroiled in war. While sitting back and observing,
crewmembers of the Athene began experiencing similar changes in thier
DNA
structure. Apparently, this is some sort of odd disease. The CMO is
working
hard to solve the problem. Meanwhile, Commander Carters was attacked
from
behind by an unknown assailant. Security is currently investigating the
attack.

USS KATANA
After the unexplainedd starting of the engines of the USS Katana,
engineering were required to take them offline. Once offline and
dismantled it was discovered that the warp drive tie-in-unit has been
tampered with.
The unexplained disappearance of the Captain has been complicated by the
fact a card of a faceless joker has been found where she disappeared as
well as the sighting of the captain occasionally, amazingly in sinc with
the engines going back on line when they are dismantled.

USS PHOENIX
The USS Phoenix has left Gaia Fleet yards and is currently on its
shakedown
cruise. Apparently a member of the refitting team got herself locked
into
one of the Phoenix's firearms storage units. The doors had to be cut
away
in order to retrieve her.

USS XERXES
As the Xerxes limps back towards the Cocoon at low warp speed, Ensign
Cat comes off an extended bridge watch. Stumbling to his quarters, he
found them sealed by security due to a hull breach. The quartermaster
relocated him to a common area on deck 19, where he has encountered a
bunch of enlisted men bent on fleeing the Xerxes to join the Klingons!

USS LOKI
The USS LOKI's scientific exploration of the Bretema star system is
coming to an end. After a series of brutal murders onboard the LOKI
involving a crewmember, the ship's helmsman Ens. Constantine was killed
in
defense of his fellow crewmembers.
The SAGAN crewmembers stranded on a paradise like planet in the Bretema
star system, meanwhile had a little R&R while awaiting recovery by the
LOKI. Following the cessation of the murders aboard ship, the stranded
crewmembers were rescued and are currently moving to a safe distance
from
the system following detection of an enormous spatial anomaly in the
immediate area.
Furthermore a new CSciO, Lt(jg) Jill Hilton, has arrived aboard the LOKI
to replace the former CSciO who is leaving to take on a position on the
USS PHOENIX.
Also, the SFSec officer aboard the LOKI has begun an investigation into
some strange occurences involving Captain Savage.

USS ROANOKE
With the Borg in pursuit, the Roanoke began making it's way to the
Mirror universe DS101. Yanten and MacMahon decided to pay a visit to the
Borg cube, in order to study any differences between these Borg, and the
ones in their universe. During their away mission they encountered heavy
resistance, and where able to slow the Cube's progress. Upon reaching
the
Station, the Ro was able to destroy the cube, however, the lifeless
bodies
of Yanten, and McMahon were recovered from the wreckage. The crew
returned
to their own universe, and are currently planning memorial services for
their lost crewmates.

DS 101
The Bajoran Gratitude festival, sponsored by the Bajoran shrine, goes on
in the station. Many, even non-Bajorans, have burned their renewal
scroll to symbolically burn their troubles.
The festival of Passover is overlapping the Bajoran religious festival
this year, and Vedek Bel is learning a bit about it from Rachel Esther
Samuels, the new owner/operator of Samuels kosher store and restaurant.
The USS Roanoke arrived at DS 101, and the Capt returned to the console
room, learning that the CO and FO of the Ro are both dead.

Intelligence Report for Cocoon Fleet - Commander Tulok
The DS 101 area(the Amgine Sector) is currently stable. How long this
will last is unknown at this time.
A ceasefire has been established with the Na'Chem. The Juun remain
silent
on the matter.
Pirates continue to raid civilian vessels in the Irimida sector.
Klingon Situation Report for Starfleet - Commander Inhoff:
Communications between the Federation and The Cocoon have been
terminated
by a Klingon task force striking from an unknown base.
Reports and communications to the Federation are currently being carried
by
escort vessels to the vital conveys that supply the Cocoon.
The Klingons continue to attack Outposts and patrolling vessels on the
Klingon/Federtaion border. They are slowly advancing towards SB KAPPA.
Another starbase was lost, aswell as 53 starships as Klingons launched
a suprise attack on Federation borders - making Starfleet's total losses
290 Starships, 12 Outposts, 2 Starbases, and 172 Fighters.
SFSec continue to investigate the apparent assasination of the Klingon
Ambassador on Arkanis by the former CinC of Starfleet, who was killed
later by the Klingons.
