A strange man has arrived on the Base wearing a a uniform from the early 25th
century. It is that which is worn by a flag officer, United Federation of
Planets, starfleet.
He claims to have arrived from "Starbase Omega, as it was reconstructed in
75 years."
Hi name is Julius Gaius Sejanus; a time travellor.

The FENRIS is currently drydocked at Gaia Fleetyards.

USS SAGAN
"In an intense week of action, the crew of the Sagan successfully
recovered the USS Athene. Despite a small number of casualties, and several
major injuries, the pirates onboard the Athene were captured and
transferred to the Brig to await trial, while the Sagan's Engineering staff
set about preparing both ships for the return from the Badlands, through
the portal, and back to Starbase Omega.
Having arrived at Omega, both ships entered docking ports for repairs
(the Athene to continue its refit), and the crew given shoreleave to
recuperate. Meanwhile, the senior officers are busy writing up their
followup reports for a successful mission."

The REGULATOR is currently drydocked at Gaia Fleetyards.

USS CURIE
The new CMO discovered a bio-chemical imbalance of which the vulcan CSciO
is suffering. This imbalance was caused by human genes and will lead to a
mind-breakdown if not treated. During an examination the CSciO knocked the
CMO and is currently on the run.
Furthermore, an unidentified ship has been detected, which is thought of to
be a terrorist.

USS HECTOR
"The crew has discovered that the purpose of the sphere was two-fold. It
was primarily designed as a oneway gateway (hence the somewhat enigmatic
name) to various points in the galaxy utilising a form of forced wormhole
technology far beyond the understanding of current alpha-quadrant
inhabitants. The sphere's second purpose seems to have been to provide a
safe environment for the natural evolution of the galaxy's main
proto-genetic species. Antropological studies have turned up evidence to
show that the sphere was once inhabited by ancestors from the Vulcan,
Klingon, Human, Deltan, Centaurian, Andromedan, and several other species.
All bar the humans appear to have died out.
Attention is now being turned to the USS Pitcairn and its logs, as the
crew seems to be incommunicado whilst in the city of Berinhyon."

USS KATANA
The disappearance of Kurrii is still baffling the crew of the Katana
although they have now realised that she re-materialised in transport 1, the
same transporter where she was last seen. Ens. Tokath and Lt. Sherman are
still currently investigating although foul play is expected.
In the alternative universe, the Katana was approached by a Ferengi ship.
Once the ship had been docked in the Katana's shuttle bay, weapons were
fired and the intruder alert sounded. A security team was despatched and it
was found that the ship was full of Jem Harad. In the fighting 25 of the
Jem Harad were killed, 5 officers and Takoth. Takoth, before he died,
handed over the security of the ship. On examination of the Ferengi ship it
was found to contain a deployment plan of the Jen Hadar inside the cocoon.

USS XERXES
The Xerxes new First Officer, Commander Davis Dal Starian, has
reported aboard. Soon after, the Xerxes arrived at Epsilon Onia
system. The Crew is now searching for the safest way to approach the
moon of the fourth planet without being detected.

USS CLARK
The preparations for launch are proceeding normally. LtCmdr Lexa Zar
has been assigned as First Officer. A Chief Engineer, CSciO, Counselor
and MCO have also reported aboard. A dark figure, only known as
Romunus, has appeared on Starbase Omega. At first stalking, and then
attacking Chief Engineer Brandis. Later, he boarded a Ferengi small
cargo vessel and somehow got aboard the Clark. The ship is currently
under a intruder alert.

Intelligence Report for Cocoon Fleet - Commander Tulok
The situation in the border area between Cardassia and the klingon occupied
zone seems to be stabilizing as both sides have been reducing their military
presence over the last few weeks. The reason for this is equally mysterious
as the buildup was before.
A number of raids by Dergrad vessels in violation of the treaty have been
reported in the Deep Space 101 area.
The Na-Chem silence has been broken as Commodore DiFalco has been abducted
during a vacation on Juun. His whereabouts and condition are unkown. The
Juun milita is on red alert.
