So what is the Interactive X-Files Website Experience?  

The Interactive X-Files Website Experience is a way to make X-Files website reviews a little less biassed.  I have my opinions on what does and doesn't make a good website, but that doesn't mean my opinion is the same as everyone else's.  Each week there will be 2-5 X-Files pages chosen to be reviewed both by myself, what will become a panel of experts, and you.  These experts along with yourself will judge the pages on simple criteria as well as their own likes and dislikes and report back to me their own rating for the page.  

The average of all reviewers who report back within the week will become the Interactive Reviewers' Rating, as is the case with the panel of approximately five experts.  My rating, the experts' average rating, and the Interactive Reviewers' Rating will all appear in the Links and Reviews section of this website as shown below.

What is this going to look like on your site?

The comments that you give me after reviewing the site will be taken into account, and the comment that I find best represents the overall feel of the site, whether that be a remark on some of the features, deserved praise or perhaps constructive criticism, will be added under the comments section of the review, along with your name and a link to your e-mail if you want one.

What are the advantages?

Your voice will be heard online, your name will be included in our list of online Interactive Reviewers and your comments may adorn some of our X-Files website reviews.  You'll also get to see X-Files websites (mainstream and relationshipper) that you might not have visited otherwise.

How can I join?

There are no member requirements other than the need for you to treat each page with equal criticism and respect as the next.  You need to be able to make a commitment to the reviews.  It's not a big commitment - it'll take maybe 25 minutes a week (you'll recieve a weekly e-mail with the websites in question and all the information you'll need), time that you would probably be spending looking at X-Files pages anyhow :o), but either way, I need you to complete as many of the reviews you are sent as possible to keep the ratings consistant.  Thanks!  If that sounds okay to you, click "Join" below to proceed.
