 Pre XF - Story
Dana and her sister Melissa getting in trouble on the
schoolground, while their brother has to watch three boys beating up his
baby sister. But then solution appears in form of a sly fox.

I`m back, back! And a story like this comes out when someone like me hears
music all the day. Bad!
This is another childhood story, actually from Dana! But I somehow
managed to put little Fox in it too! Be excited.
I`m not going to write this much stuff today, don`t want to bother you to
long!

Disclaimers: All persons in this one belong to CC, 10-13 and FOX. Don`t
bother me for playing with them, I promise I`ll give `em back!
There a lot of kids in this piece and no one of this belong to CC and the
others, but`s too much to list them here! Sorry

Rating: Low rating. I think I can rate it G. (So kiddies a story for you also!)
You can`t call it MSR in this one, so it`s FDF. (Fox/Dana Friendship)

Spoilers: A song from Cat Steven: (Do you remember) the days of the old
school yard.

Summary: Little Dana and her sister have a `meeting` at the school yard and
something seems to happen that bothers both girls.

Please write me any comments or feedback at linuschulz@sprintmail.com .
I`d like to hear from you what you think about that story!

Sly Fox reaching the moon

by Calypso

"Dana! C`me on! We are late already!" Missy called her sister. Dana still
stood in the door of the schoolbuilding. Missy knew that Dana was afraid.
She had seen the three big boys too. Jeffrey, Patrick and Joel were really bad
boys. They were mean to all younger pupils, especially to the ones in the first
grade. They were in the fourth grade, so they were the oldest grade in the
building. Although the primary school was near the middle school, the
highschool and college, every ones of these had their own building.
Melissa was in the fourth grade too, but she was still a girl, couldn`t help her
little sister.
Jeff had a crush on Melissa, but she didn`t want him. He was very angry, but
he couldn`t do something to Melissa, she was in his class. Neither Bill Jr. or
Charlie. Billy was in the sixth grade and much more taller and stronger.
Although Charlie was only in the second grade, he was as strong as the
three. Only Dana was there. And they did all to be mean to her.
Billy couldn`t help, he was still in school the next building.

Missy sighed. Dana knew about all, but she even hadn`t told daddy about it.
The little girl still stood in the front door, fear in her face. Jeff, Patrick and
Joel stood onto the way to the exit. "Hey smooth girl, come here! We`re not
going to kill you!" They laughed loud. Dana started shaking. Melissa stood
next to the exit. "Dana!! Come!" she screamed. Jeff turned round and looked
at her. "Didn`t you hear her baby Dana? You have to go!" Partick smiled
maliciously. She shook her head.
On the way to the exit was the playground of the primary school. A lot of
kids were there. At first they didn`t even notice what happened at the
entrance to the shool building. But then they payed their attention to Jeff,
Partick and Joel. They all knew the three boys. Often they were beating
younger pupils, often they did muggings. They all were glad that they
weren`t the victims. A lot of them knew Dana, but nobody, not even the
ones from the fourth grade, tried to help her.

The three boys walked nearer to their target. "Dana please come! Daddy`s
waiting!" Melissa tried it again, although she already knew that Dana
wouldn`t follow her instructions. But she did.
Slowly Dana started walking, the looks from the other kids on the
playground watching her back. Jeff stood right to her, Partick left and Joel in
font of her. Dana swallowed and kept walking on. Suddenly Joel`s foot was
put in front of her little legs and she fell over it, fell hard to the floor. Her
nose started bleeding a little and dirt covered her face. Partick put up her
school bag, opened it and threw all the books, exercise books, pencils and so
on onto the floor. Dana looked at him with shock. She was afraid.
Melissa couldn`t even move when Jeff knelt down next to Dana. She knew
that now something bad must follow.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Billy Jr. sat in his classroom. It was boring. At lessons like this he was glad
to sit next to the window. He looked out. His view was the playground of
the primary school. A lot of small kids were there. Billy smiled. He saw his
sister Melissa standing at the exit. He wondered how she was standing there
and where Dana was.
He looked around. He also could see the entrance to the school building.
There he saw the three boys standing around something or someone. He
knew them. Not only once he had fought with them, cause they had fought
with his sisters and brothers or with younger pupils. Billy hated to be mean
to younger ones.
Then he saw his baby sister layin` on the ground next to Joel`s feet. He saw
the looks on the faces of the other kids, pure fear.
his mind yelled and he jumped up. "William! Do you want to sit
down again, or do you have something on mind?!" Mrs. Rosenbaum asked
sharply. "Ehr, no. I...I only want...to...to go to...to the restroom!" he sighed.
She nodded no. "But why?" he yelled. "Don`t speak with me in such a way,
William! I could easily give you a reprimand!" she looked at him. It hasn`t a
meaning for him now. "Oh yes, if you want to, please, give me a reprimand!
But now let me please out of this room." He screamed at his teacher. He
hated her. He hated her so much. Although Mrs. Rosenbaum was shocked
she walked over to him. "William!" she said more sharply. But all Billy
wished was to get out of this damned room!
"I think I have to write to your dad! What do you think about it? Perhaps
you want ask for forgivness, then I'll think about it! So what do you want
William?" she asked with a smile on her face. She thought she had the
power. But Billy just starred out of the window. He closed his eyes.
Joel had picked Dana up and pushed her against the wall. Missy was just
standing at the exit. "Shit!" he said. Mrs. Rosenbaum widened her eyes in
shock. "William!" she screamed a little bit disgusted.
One slapp in the face. "William tell me what you have thought by that?!"
Another slapp. This damned son of a bitch beat his baby sister! Billy could
have screamed!
"So tell me William" she sank to the floor "why do you" was she crying?
"Say such things?" Trembling? "I`ve always" now Patrick! "Thought you
were" kill him, kill him "a good boy!"
She isn`t crying "Although I haven`t" brave little girl "much time for
anything" why isn`t Missy going to do "like this" anything?!
"You jerk! You bastard!" Billy screamed at someone Mrs. Rosenbaum
couldn`t see and thought he said it to her. She collapsed onto a chair. In all
her life never had a pupil said such things to her!
Billy was crying now. He couldn`t help his sister!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

After Joel and Patrick had beaten her she was just shocked. Okay, perhaps
she was trembling a little bit too, but not crying. On her face were two red
scars.
"She`s brave!" Missy thought. "I would have cried!" But that doesn`t help
either. Cause now Jeff was pushin` her against the wall. Jeff was the
strongest of the three, he easily could injure someone small like Dana badly.
Missy swallowed. She feared these boys as like as all the others. Probably
Billy hadn`t seen what had happened. Nobody was going to help Dana and
Missy couldn`t do it by herself.

Jeff laughed and looked over to Melissa. It was pure revenge.
Suddenly a handsome boy come up from the crowd. Melissa somwhow
knew him. Perhaps he was in her grade. He had black, short hair and was
tall. He looked a little bit shyly and fearly. He walked next to Jeff. "Is it fun
for you to be mean to smaller ones than you?" he asked. Jeff was somehow a
little bit shocked, cause usualy nobody comes near to him when he was
`fighting`. "Yep." He replied with a maliciously grin. The boy nodded.
"Right. And why? I don`t think that she had stolen your lunch or something
else, do I? Maybe you`re only a weak jerk and because you`re afraid of
fighting with someone in your age, you`re always fight ith smaller ones. That
sucks!"
At first Jeff was astonished and shocked, but then he started laughing. "Hey
boy, I don`t know your name, but if you don`t want to run home to mommy,
crying, with a black eye, then get away from here!" The boy`s face was still
grave. "Fox." He said. "Ha?" Jeff again didn`t understand anything. "My
name is Fox!" Jeff turned round to his friendds with a smile. "Fox! He`s a
fox! How sweet. So little foxy, what do you want? You don`t want me to do
this?" he grinned and spirted Dana in the face. Fox nodded. "Right, boy. I
see, you`re learning fastly. And now let her down! At once!" he said more
loudly.
Jeff laughed and before he could react, a fist hit his chin and he slowly sank
down to the floor.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Billy had jumped up and ran to the door. Mrs. Rosenbaum had ran after him
and now they both stood out of the classroom, in the playground. Billy was
afraid of his sister.
 Billy looked at Fox.
Bill wanted to run and help the boy, but Mrs. Rosenbaum grabbed his
sweater. "Not so fast boy! You`re going to the headmaster!" Billy rolled his
eyes up. "Oh, yeah, thanks! But I hae to help my sister! Yeah? After that you
can bring me to the headmaster, promise!" he grinned and ran away before
she could react.

"Hey, you`ve just knocked Jeff out! Come over here that we can show you
what that means!" Partick yelled from behind Fox. He was afraid. Patrick
and Joel were really afraid of this boy now.
Suddenly from behind Billy Scully showed up and raised his fist. "Hey guys,
do you want to look like him? When not then leave and never ever touch my
sister again! Did you understand me?" Patrick and Joel grinned wry and
helped Jeff to stand up. Immediately they were away. When Billy turned
round the boy had knelt next to his sister.
"Hey are you okay? I`m Fox!" he smiled at her. She nodded and sat up.
"Thanks Fox! I`m Dana." Fox nodded and smiled again. "Nice name!" she
said. He shruged his shoulders.
Suddenly someone laid a hand onto Fox` shoulder. "Thanks Fox! If you
hadn`t been there, these guys maybe would have done worse things to her!"
Fox looked up at the elder boy.
"Are you her brother?" he asked. Billy nodded and looked over to Melissa,
who walked over that moment. She knelt next to Dana who was sitting onto
the earth. "Ehr, Dana, I think you shouldn`t tell daddy `bout it now, `kay?
Ehr, you see, nothing has happened. So come one before daddy will worry."
Melissa smiled at her sister. But then Billy stood in front of her. "Oh no
Melissa! Not this time! I know it has happened twice before. And everytime
you tell her nothing has happened and she`ll tell daddy. And her clothes are
torn and dirty, her face has red scars on it. When she tells daddy nothing had
happened, he didn`t believe her and thinks she has done somethging bad,
cause he think that when something would happen to her, something like
this, you tell him. But you don`t, and then he`s angry with her, for something
she hadn`t done! So you`ll tell daddy this time!"
He looked very annoyed, somehow like his dad. Melissa starred at him. He
couldn`t have meant that! That would mean that she was guilty for that!
"Shit, I can`t go with you, I must go to the headmaster and obviously have
to stay here longer." He looked around.
"Ehr, if you want, I can go with `em! Only if you want to!" Fox asked shyly.
Billy smiled and patted him onto the shoulder. He nodded.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

They stood in front of the house. It was big. Okay, Fox knew that they were
four kids, but he never had imagined something similiar. Their own house
was as big as this, but it seemed as if it was much more smaller. His dad was
very rich, and they were only two kids. He sighed.
One look at the house showed that the Scullys couldn`t be very rich. Even
poor. If his dad had known where he was, he would have killed him. Poor
people! Not ever in his life Bill Mulder wanted to even see these people.
A very tall man opened the door. He looked at Mr. Scully. The man looked
grave and hard. Fox swallowed. "Hi dad!" Melissa replied quietly. "What has
happened?" he asked strong. Then he realized how his baby daughter looked
like. "Dana! What has happened?!" he asked more loudly when he lifted her
up. "Ehr, dad, there were three big boys who wanted to beat her, but *I*
have rescued her!" Melissa smiled, proud of her lie. But then she rememberd
Fox behind her. "And who`s that?" he asked worried. "Fox! Hello Mr.
Scully!" Fox replied shyly. "What does he do here?" Melissa hesitated. "Ehr,
Billy wanted that someone should come with us and so Fox went here. Ciao
Fox!" she grinned. Mr. Scully nodded. "Dad?" Dana asked quietly. "Hm,
sweet?" her dad looked at her. "These boys had beaten me and Melissa
hadn`t done anything. But *Fox* had rescued me! Not Melissa!" Mr. Scully
was annoyed now. On
"Is that right Fox?" he asked sharply. Fox could only nod. "So, Melissa get
in here! But at once! You get no pocket money for the next three weeks and
you must stay at home fort two weeks! And now go in!" he barked. Missy
started crying, saying something about "That isn`t fair!" and ran in.

Fox looked astonished. He felt very guilty and was afraid. At home when his
sister Samantha started crying his dad gave him the guilt for it. He
swallowed. "Sorry!" he said. "For what?" Mr. Scully asked surprised. "Ehr,
for making your daughter crying! I haven`t meant to!" he tried to get his
head out of the sling. "No Fox, it wasn`t your fault. You`ve just said the
right. And I have to thank you for helping Dana!" he smiled. Fox was
surprised. He never had thought that this man could even smile!
"You`re a smooth guy, Fox! If you want you can visit us!" Fox` eyes started
beaming. "I`d love to! Bye!" he said. "Bye!" Mr. Scully called after the
handsome boy.
And he somehow had the feeling that he would see this guy sometime again.
But then not only as a hero, but maybe as...son.
