Arcade has had at least two encounters with Alpha Flight. The first was when, in an attempt to gain the powers of the Black Razer, he tricked Puck into thinking that he was holding Heather Hudson captive. He knew of Puck's love for Heather and, when Puck believed Heather had been killed due to his actions, Black Razer escaped. however, Arcade was not able to control Razer and Puck had to once again imprison Razer in his body.

His second encounter with the team was when he was hired by Carl Kerridge to test Northstar's weaknesses and push him past those limits. To this end he employed some super-humans which almost beat and killed Northstar but for the intervention of Heather.

Arcade is a murderous genius whose career as an assasin also serves as a form of entertainment through his MurderWorld. MurderWorld has had many various incarnations, but it always comes down to Arcade trying to kill someone in new and inventive ways.
