Cyber has the mutant ability to track people by using their brainwaves. Even at great distances, he can isolate an individual and zero in on them with deadly accuracy. The skin of his torso is adamantium, Making him nearly invulnerable, except for his face. Like Wolverine, he is also equipped with adamantium claws. One set of claws secretes a deadly poison, the other injects a hallucinogenic that can bend men's minds and/or wills. His great strength, deadly weapons, and impenitratable defenses make him a terrifying adversary. In fact, he is the only man that Wolverine ever feared despite the reckless bravado that Wolverine always exhibits.

Cyber is one of Wolverine's worst foes. He's got his whole body covered in an armor of adamantium (he can't take it off, it's like a second skin), except part of the face, as well as a very, very bad attitude.

Logan seems to have known him for quite a long time, although, as all his memories, these are pretty messed up. The main line of it is that Cyber did something really bad to him, so the first time he saw the man after that experience, he was terribly scared. This occurred in Madripoor, for Cyber made a deal with both Nguyen McCoy and Tyger (the chiefs of crime of the island) to traffic with a powerful drug. He was not really thinking of dealing, but of killing them and becoming the only chief, but Wolverine reacted when he saw Tyger in danger, falling both of them into a cauldron of drug. Cyber went mad due to this, but Logan didn't even notice, for he said that there was no drug capable of making him worse than he already was.

Cyber also lost an eye in that confrontation, but he has replaced it with a cybernetic one, being able to 'see' different lengths of waves. Although he's recovered, he's now worse than ever (and he has never been an angel!). His perceptions are as well completely crazy, but more accurate than before, and to prove that, he broke Wolverine's bone claws ...

Cyber is now dead. He was eaten alive by alien bugs that were released by Genesis(Tyler) in an effort to remove his adamantium and use it to replace Wolverine's. The only thing left of him is his skeleton(which rests in pieces).
