The Power Pack operate out of New York City. Power Pack was at an aquarium, which was displaying the alien creature known as Snake-Eyes. Snake-Eyes had been captured by a fishing trawler and apparently knocked unconscious. When Kate blew her grandfather's oboe, it awoke Snake-Eyes and attacked! The young heroes were able to carry Snake-Eyes out to sea and, when they returned, met Marrina. Later, they worked together to trap Snake-Eyes in a sunken ship and then move that ship to the Arctic where Snake-Eyes went into hibernation.
