Well... here it is. Some find it a bit fat for their tastes but the deck allows some flexibility. For those seeking a speed
deck, it would be quite easy to stream-line this one: Eliminate some of the counterers, increase the number of Privateers
and Patriarch, pull out some of the fringe items, etc.
This deck works off the principle of City manipulation. Get the cities into play swiftly using your Strangleholds and Early
Procurements and then defend them with Guard Commanders, House Battalions, and Garrisons. Bring in Carthag Engineering and
Arrakeen Water Facilities to boost your Favor or Solari. Your Homeworld will, too, swell your Solari production as you bring
the Cities under your control. If you possess Carthag or Arakeen use your Privateers and Patriarches to disengage them to
increase cash flow. Within a few turns, money should be no problem... so utilize your Choam Restructurings and Exchange
Proxies to buy as much Spice as you need.
With all the potential for Favor gain in this deck, the charter Siridar Governship is included to alter your Favor to Solari.
A few cards are also included to help in the unfortunate event that your opponent(s) take the lead. A little Battle force is
included to help gain control of any Cities your opponents govern. Or utilize Lingar Bewt to hit the Cities with Arbitration
force.
If an enemy possesses a few too many Charters, knock them down with Arbitration force and steal them away with Buyout
Agreements (considering these cards are rare, Financial Rewards could be substituted easily). If Dune-possession is
affecting the playing field, smack it down with Arbitration force.
