This is the first Harkonnen sponsored deck I ever constructed.
It was designed as a spice buying deck (arbitrate the other
houses into poverty so they can't afford purchases) and for
intrigue with captures to hopefully fulfill the requirements
for the programs if the hoard is empty and your choam
restructuring events aren't on the table yet.

Bizzarely, I don't think I conducted a single intrigue rite
in 5 intervals - none of my intrigue personas came up! I
was fortunate that the guard commander and a swordmaster
appeared early, and I instigated several duels against
high-cost allies to frustrate my opponents.

Obviously the deck has weaknesses. For example, I have no
idea why I thought Irulan's peace was a good choice when
something like culmination of training would have served my
purposes better, and an extra guard commander would have
been more prudent. This is a lot better than my awful
Hark-Guild prescience deck that was so poorly constructed I
was forced to resign in the game I used it in!!
