That's right folks, we're just over 5 minutes away from Spring
Stampede, and joining me right now is one of the participants in
tonight's Spring Stampede, Robbie Stevens.

{Robbie walks into the picture throws his arm around Chad and
"fixes" Chad's tie so it's no longer straight.}

[Chad]
Mr. Stevens, your comments on tonight's event?

[Robbie Stevens]
Well, Chadinator, tonight you're very lucky. You can say you
were here the night that the Future of Wrestling, the Master of
the Super Kick, the 104th Degree Black Belt and the man who has
the most FEARED foot in wrestling, Robbie Stevens, dominated
everyone in the AWI, WOW, FWA and wherever else they're shipping
guys in from for this match.

[Chad]
Are you concerned about having to face anyone whom you manage,
such as Tank Bradley, Joey Hasegawa or Corey Bonham?

[Robbie]
Chad, don't try to cause problems within Team Stevens. Team
Stevens will be in there working as a team, working towards one
goal ... winning it for me.

[Chad]
Are you concerned about what number you may be drawing tonight?

[Robbie]
Chad, do I look worried? I hope I draw number one. Because I'm
not afraid of anyone. Rectum Showtime, the Third World Order,
"Hard-On" Jason Wrath, I don't sweat them. I'm not worried about
that jailbird, Rock `em Sock `em Robot Joe. And I'm not worried
about Old Man Straite. Hey, there he is! {shouting} HEY JERRY,
HOW'S IT GOING? {normal voice} See, I gotta yell, his hearing's
going and all ...

I know, I know, I should respect my elders ... and since Jerry is
the *ELDEST* person in wrestling ...

I know, I know, Jerry's probably forgotten more about wrestling
than I'll ever know. Then again, he's senile, so Jerry forgets
a lot of things. {off camera} Hey Jerry, is it true you beat
Fred Flintstone for your first title? {turns back towards the
camera, not noticing Jerry walking up behind him} Now as far as--

[Jerry]
{slaps Robbie on the back} Were you saying something Robbie? 
{starts squeezing Robbie's shoulder, Robbie starts wincing} After
all, you know, at my advanced age, the hearing starts to go. Oh,
yeah, the Stampede. Well, I'm sure I'm gonna have a good ol' time
at that thing. After all, I've been in more of these types of 
matches than anyone else ...

{Robbie breaks Jerry's grip, scurries behind Chad and clearly
starts using him as a shield.}

[Robbie]
You're lucky Chad's here to stop me from wrecking you old man! I
don't care if you don't have your walker, in that ring, nothing's
going to save you!

[Jerry]
Kid, you may've learned everything Ed had to teach you, but you
didn't learn from Tom, and he and I are worse than Ed ever was!

{Jerry lunges at Robbie, who in turn pushes Chad into Jerry and
then makes a hasty retreat as Chad and several other people grab
onto to Jerry attempting to calm him down as fade to the logo.}

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLO, California ... and welcome to one of the
most long-awaited pay-per-views in the history of wrestling, 
AWI's 1997 Spring Stampede!!!! I'm your host, Heather Rasputin,
and with me, as always, are Paul Stone and "The Mastermind" 
Alliyah Johnston ... and we have three hours of solid wrestling
action for you tonight!!! First off, we'll see what may be the 
final confrontation to one of the biggest rivalries in the AWI,
as "Ringmaster" Dacia Blackthorne takes on Devil Maruyama of 
Dream Succubus in a Tokyo Street Fight match!!! No 
Disqualification ... no countout ... falls count anywhere ...
come as you are to the ring ... this one promises to be one hell
of a showdown!!!

[Alliyah Johnston]
And, alas, it may mark the final time I can make disparaging 
remarks towards "The Camerahog", because, if she does show up to 
this match, Maruyama will undoubtedly end her career in this 
match.

[Paul Stone]
Sooo ... Alliyah ... are you saying you'd think Maruyama's gonna
win?

[Rasputin]
ANYWAY ... we have our THIRTY-THREE PERSON BATTLE ROYALE ... the
SPRING STAMPEDE itself!!!! Remember ... you win by being the 
first person to toss someone out ... by lasting the longest ...
by eliminating the most people ... but the number one goal ...
the brass ring of this contest ... is to be the last man standing
in the ring!!!

[Stone]
I dunno ... that $20,000 bonus for tossing the first guy out
sounds good to me.

[Rasputin]
Then ... in the first part of our double main-event ... Tiger Z 
tries to take back the title she once dominated by taking on the
only woman in AWI history to pin her shoulders to the mat for a
three count ... The Fallen Angel!!!

[Johnston]
This promises to be quite the contest, as Tiger Z brings strength
and technical excellence to the table ... and will collide with
the speed and martial arts of the Fallen Angel. However ... I 
have to predict that Tiger Z will use tonight to reassert her
dominance on the AWI women's scene!

[Rasputin]
And, finally, we'll see "The War Machine" Greg Gardner in his
first ever AWI title shot ... as he takes on one of the best 
technical wrestlers in AWI history, John Robertson, in what will
definitely--

{Heather Rasputin is interrupted as "Grind" by Alice in Chains
plays, and a host of boos rain down as Rictor Showtime suddenly
makes his way to the ring and calls for the mic.}

Cut the music! You know ... I don't get you people and I
certainly don't get the jerks that run this hell hole of a fed.
They bring me in here to show you idiots what a /REAL/ wrestler
can do in the ring, and you give me flack. Well, to hell with
all of you!

{Tons of boos, and a "It's No-Showtime" chant starts up.}

[Rictor]
OK ... now that we've got that out of our system, I'd like to
get back to business. Chris Sim ... let's be honest here, I'm
a big money wrestler. I don't give it my total attention unless
the cash is right. Sim, you got lucky and caught me for the 3 
count and I've got nothing but respect for that. And because of
that, I respectfully ask for a rematch.  You and I need to hook
it up for real, buddy, and I can promise you this. You don't want
to deal with my full attention. And Danny Boy ... you're on the 
schedule too, man. I can't wait to get my hands on you.

{Chants of "DANNY BOY" and "NEW SEN-SA-TION" start up in the 
crowd.}

[Rictor]
Hey ... I ain't done yet peons!  Now on to that loudmouth, Johnny
Rooks and his number one flunky, "Devastating" Dan Lea. 
Gentlemen, and I use that term in its loosest form ... if it were
up to me, I'd bitch slap you two wimps into next week, but Tamara
seems to think you guys are more useful as friends. So here's the
deal boys, if you need help at Spring Stampede, you've got it, 
but if you screw with me and mine, you're roadkill!

	[Paul Stone]: So is that a threat or an offer to help ... or
	is he threatening to help?

[Rictor]
And finally we've got "Superman" Mike Piersall ... who owes me 
for another of his wins. I bail that old fart out of trouble so
much, you'd think he was managed by Tamara! Let's get something
straight ... I hate your guts Piersall! I hate everything you
stand for old man. You see, when I was a kid, I looked up to you.
I worked out, had respect for everyone and was an all around nice
guy. You know what that got me???  It got me jack! You lied to
me, Piersall. You said if you do the right thing, you'll be
rewarded. What a crock! Mike, the only way to get respect in this
world is to do what you say you're gonna do and kick ass in the
process. So here it is Mikey, I give you my word that I will run
you out of the AWI. And to prove how serious I am, I'm willing to
put my neck on the chopping block too. Anytime ... anywhere ... 
any stinkin' rules you want ... I'll be there to kick your sorry 
ass back to New York. I'll put my career up against yours any day
jerk. Just say the word. You think Tamara is the one with the ax

{Rictor walks out to the boos of the crowd.}

Rictor Showtime demands much more than "attention" ... he demands
respect ... and this is his method of procuring it. I'm fairly 
certain that Mr. McGill, Mr. Piersall, and Mr. Sim are all taking 
notice right now ...

[Rasputin]

Hello, California ... AND WELCOME TO SPRING STAMPEDE!!!!!

{The crowd pops for themselves.}

[Kinsman]
Our opening match is a TOKYO STREET FIGHT!!!! There are no 
disqualifications ... no countouts ... falls count anywhere!!!!
Our first competitor stands five feet, eight inches, one hundred
eighty pounds ... she hails from Loch Ness, Scotland ... she is
... "RINGMASTER" DACIA BLACKTHORNE!!!!

>>AISLE<<

{"Ironic" be Alanis Morissette keys up, and the Ringmaster comes
down to ringside in standard wrestling gear, seeming very
serious, but slapping hands with cheering fans all the way.}

[Kinsman]
Her opponent hails from Tokyo, Japan! She also stands five feet
eight inches, and weighs two hundred twenty five pounds ... she
is accompanied to the ring by her partner, DEMONESS KIMURA ...
she is one half of DREAM SUCCUBUS ... she is ... DEVIL MARUYAMA!

>>AISLE<<

{"Devil Inside" by INXS pops on, and Dream Succubus makes their
way to ringside, sneering and fans, and yelling things in 
Japanese at Blackthorne.}

	[Rasputin]: Test of Strength offered by the Devil to start
	off ... Blackthorne looking to accept it ...

	[Johnston]: She's shown no signs of intelligence thus far
	... why should she begin now?

	[Rasputin]: DEVIL MARUYAMA SPITS IN HER FACE! Blackthorne's
	pissed already ...

{Dacia charges Maruyama, who counters with a belly-to-belly 
suplex. She pulls Dacia back up, and Blackthorne thanks her with
an armdrag takedown ...}

	[Rasputin]: Both women quickly up ... Maruyama goes to the
	eyes ...

	[Stone]: Well ... given that spitting in the face was about
	the deepest tactical ploy we were going to see from
	Maruyama, it's not surprising she went back to the good old,
	reliable eye rake.

{Devil lifts Dacia and press slams her ...}

	[Rasputin]: Blackthorne quickly up again ... another armdrag
	takedown ... and into an armbar!

	[Johnston]: Perhaps the best tactical decision Blackthorne
	can make -- she must ensure this remains a wrestling match
	and not a Street Fight. I am incredibly surprised.

	[Stone]: Translation: There is intelligent life in
	Blackthorne Manor!

{Devil lifts Dacia to her feet; Dacia knocks her down with a
short-arm clothesline. She drags Devil back up and repeats the
move; she goes for a third try, but Maruyama blocks her with a
bear hug. She grinds it a few times, before flexing into a
belly-to-belly suplex.}

	[Johnston]: Alas, poor Blackthorne -- I knew her well
	... and liked her considerably less.

	[Rasputin]: Maruyama back up, and Blackthorne looks
	hurt ...

{Maruyama lifts her by the hair; Blackthorne manages a Russian
legsweep.}

	[Rasputin]: Blackthorne with the Russian leg sweep! This
	one keeps going back and forth, folks, as neither woman
	wants to give up control!

{Blackthorne bounces off the ropes as both women return to their
feet; she catches Maruyama on the rebound with a neckbreaker.
Pulling her back up, Dacia whips Devil into the corner; as she's
closing in, Dacia takes a shot to the face from Maruyama.}

	[Rasputin]: Devil slows her down with an eye rake ... 

	[Stone]: Oldie ... goodie ... but, most importantly: it
	WORKS!

{Maruyama scoops up Dacia and presses her over the ropes.}

	[Rasputin]: Dacia goes FLYING over the top rope!!!

	[Stone]: And right at the feet of Demoness Kimura --
	which means, folks, it's time to start the STREET FIGHT
	portion of this match!

{Kimura spits a red spray at Dacia, but Blackthorne ducks.}

	[Rasputin]: Kimura tries some sort of mist, but Blackthorne
	dodges ... and SUSAN O'MALLEY IS ON HER WAY TO RINGSIDE!

>>AISLE<<

{The camera view confirms this is so, showing Susan hauling in
with a baseball bat in hand.}

	[Johnston]: It would appear that "Dacia's Bodyguard" is here
	to save the day again.

>>RINGSIDE<<

{Dacia kneelifts a surprised Kimura, but catches a Maruyama 
roundhouse to the face.}

	[Rasputin]: Maruyama's GRABBING A CHAIR NOW!!!

	[Stone]: Hey, Alliyah, remember what you said earlier about
	Blackthorne keeping this a wrestling match?

	[Johnston]: Why, yes I do.

	[Stone]: Well ... looks like she can just about pack it up
	on that idea now, huh?

{Kimura recovers her senses, takes a step back, and tries another
load of mist, which lands straight in Dacia's face.}

	[Rasputin]: KIMURA WITH THE MIST AGAIN!!! This time, she's
	on target ... and MARUYAMA SLAMS A CHAIR INTO BLACKTHORNE'S
	BACK!!! O'Malley into the fray with that bat ...

{Kimura blocks off O'Malley with an eye rake, as Maruyama pounds
Blackthorne in the back with the steel chair.}

	[Johnston]: It's a sad day when Dacia Blackthorne gets
	herself into so much trouble that not even her bodyguard
	can get her out of it.

{Kimura chops O'Malley, as Dacia rolls aside from another chair
shot, staggers to her feet, then spins around to deliver a
discus punch.}

	[Rasputin]: The Ringmaster out of the way -- DACIA WITH
	"THE CLAYMORE"!!! SHE'S GETTING HERSELF OUT OF TROUBLE ALL
	ALONE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

	[Johnston]: Great -- now Blackthorne has a personal
	cheerleader as well as a personal bodyguard/hitman ...

	[Rasputin]: ANYWAY ... Kimura's got her hands on one of
	the TV cables here -- and she's trying to choke O'Malley!
	BUT O'MALLEY JUST STANDS UP!!! SHE'S SHRUGGING IT OFF!!!


{Blackthorne rushes Maruyama, but gets backdropped.}

	[Johnston]: Heh ... I'd say she's getting herself FURTHER
	down into the quagmire all by herself -- thank YOU very
	much, Heather.

	[Rasputin]: ANYWAY ... Maruyama slowly getting up

{Maruyama picks up Blackthorne, but Dacia outgrapples her and
lifts her for a kneebreaker. Meanwhile, O'Malley tosses Kimura
away from ringside with a northern lights suplex.}

	[Rasputin]: O'Malley sends Kimura into the aisle -- AND
	SARAH VICTORY'S AT RINGSIDE NOW!!!! What could the enigma
	of the AWI want HERE?!?

	[Johnston]: Perhaps she merely wants to counter the
	cheerleading you are furnishing for "The Camerahog"?

	[Rasputin]: ANYWAY ...

{Blackthorne attempts a second kneebreaker, but Maruyama drops
her with a powerbomb instead.}

	[Rasputin]: O'Malley with a boston crab in the aisle ...
	I think she's simply trying to keep Kimura out of the match
	... and Maruyama is dragging Blackthorne right in front of
	us ... URRRK!!!

{Maruyama pushes all of the stuff off of the announcer's table 
onto our announcers.}

[Stone]
Ah, snap ... HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!

[Rasputin]
I think we haven't loss our connections this time ... Maruyama 
setting Blackthorne on the table ... stands up with her ...
MARUYAMA'S GONNA POWERB-- NO!!!

{Blackthorne slips free, grabs Maruyama by the head, and delivers
a jumping DDT which breaks the table.}

	[Rasputin]: DDT THROUGH THE TABLE!!!! THE RINGMASTER HAS
	JUST PUT DEVIL MARUYAMA THROUGH OUR ANNOUNCER'S TABLE!!!!

	[Stone]: SHE'S HARDCORE!!! SHE'S HARDCORE!!! SHE'S ... is
	this chant a bit out of place?

	[Rasputin]: O'Malley's just seen Sarah Victory ...

{O'Malley breaks the crab, and stalks up to face Sarah in an
eye-to-eye staredown. Meanwhile, Blackthorne makes a cover on
Maruyama

	[Rasputin]: Quick cover by Dacia -- NO COUNT before Maruyama
	kicks out!

	[Stone]: Yeah! She's not hardcore yet! She's gotta involve
	MORE furniture! Somebody get a sofa out here!

{Susan breaks the staredown by clotheslining Sarah.}

	[Rasputin]: SUSAN O'MALLEY JUST CLUSTERBOMBED SARAH VICTORY!

	[Johnston]: Typical action for a thug like O'Malley ...
	Victory had done nothing as yet.

	[Stone]: What'd that saying again? "Do unto others BEFORE
	they do unto you ..."

{Dacia grabs Maruyama with an armbar, and uses it to pull her
up to her feet, then knocks her down with a savate kick. Susan
grabs Sarah as she's standing back up, and snaps off a belly to
belly suplex.}

	[Rasputin]: O'Malley with the big suplex on Victory ... ss
	THE RINGMASTER GOES FOR A CHAIR!!!

	[Stone]: Hey -- you think she hears my "hardcore" comments?
	Maybe I should request she start using a frying pan or
	something.

{Kimura approaches Susan from behind, but Susan spins around and
clotheslines her.}

	[Rasputin]: Kimura sneaking behind O'Malley -- O'MALLEY GIVES
	HER THE CLUSTERBOMB!!!! Maruyama up, and Blackthorne is
	measuring her ...

{Devil gouges Blackthorne in the eyes.}

	[Rasputin]:  Devil goes to the eyes to stop the Ringmaster
	... as SUSAN O'MALLEY POWERBOMBS DEMONESS KIMURA ON THE
	CONCRETE!!! KIMURA HAS /GOT/ TO BE INJURED BY THAT!!!

{Maruyama grabs Dacia and delivers a tiger bomb, holding her
for a pin count.}

	[Rasputin]: MARUYAMA WITH A TIGER BOMB ON BLACKTHORNE
	OUTSIDE THE RING!!! 1 ... AND BLACKTHORNE KICKS OUT!!!
	FANS, THERE'S ACTION EVERYWHERE RIGHT NOW!!!

	[Stone]: You know, Heather ... you're going to lose your
	voice if you keep yelling like that.

	[Rasputin]: O'Malley just watching Blackthorne and
	Maruyama now... she knows Blackthorne wants to win or lose
	this one by herself--

{Sarah gets back to her feet, and throws a roundhouse kick into
Susan's back.}

	[Rasputin]: --and she just got blindsided from behind by
	Sarah Victory roundhouse!!!

	[Johnston]: Just desserts. O'Malley attacked Victory
	without provocation. Now she is reaping the repercussions
	of that action.

{Sarah Victory follows up with an axe kick to the back of the
head. Maruyama hits Dacia with a karate chop, then pulls her over
by the ringside steps, and delivers a claw slam onto the steps.
She }

	[Rasputin]: MARUYAMA CLAW-SLAMS BLACKTHORNE ONTO THE METAL
	STEPS!!! Makes the cover ... 1 ... 2 ... SHE GOT HER!!!! 

[Kinsman] 
The winner of this contest... DEVIL MARUYAMA!!!

	[Rasputin]: Incredible match by both competitors ...

{Sarah Victory leaves, glaring at O'Malley.}

	[Rasputin]: Kimura's still down from the powerbomb ... fans,
	apparently we have someone in the back with some comments --
	let's try to get a new table and see to all of our athletes
	... we'll be right back!!!

[Tamara]
Robbie, Robbie, Robbie -- when are you gonna get it through that
thick skull of yours? I'm not interested. You're just /SO/
scummy. You're a toad! If you and I were the last two people on
the earth, the human race would be screwed!!!

[Tyler]
It's like this, Robbie: Tamara doesn't like you. Tamara doesn't
like anyone in her bed except Rictor Showtime. She's my manager,
not some street walkin' whore. So, be a good lil' pimple factor
and  off before you get hurt!

[Perry]
The Extreme Prejudice Tour 97 is in high gear. We've got Cross 
Body and the Mississippi Mob itchin' to get ahold of us, but the
surprise of all surprises is that Megaton has signed on for
three matches. I'll give you this Vinny: you and your boy sure
have balls ...

[Tyler]
... but no freakin' brains! Heavy Duty, Mass Master -- I used to
respect you guys. You guys can sure kick some ass. Why'd you
have to do a fool thing like sign three matches against us?
You signed your freakin' death warrant! You see, we've got a 
reputation to uphold and that reputation is to kick the crap out
of everyone.

[Perry]
Unlike my brother, who gets a rush out of punkin' people, it's 
just business for me. Dispatching the dregs of the AWI tag team
scene pays the bills, but it's not much fun. The Extreme 
Prejudice Tour is /MY/ fun. Cross Body ... Mississippi Mob ... 
Robbie Stevens ... Megaton ...  shut the hell up or you'll be
stops on the tour.

AWI fans ... IT'S TIME FOR THE SPRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING 
STAAAANMMMMMMMMMMMMMPEDE!!!

{Crowd pops again for the BIG match}

[Kinsman]
Two men will begin in the ring, with a new man entering every 
minute until all THIRTY-THREE men have entered the ring!!! 
Eliminations can only occur if a wrestler goes out of the ring 
over the top rope, and both of that competitors feet his the 
floor!!! Finally ... /NO/ managers or valets will be allowed at 
ringside!!!

The competitor that performs the first elimination will receive 
$20,000!!!! The competitor that remains in the ring the longest 
will receive a shot at the AWI TELEVISION TITLE!!! The
competitor that gets the most eliminations will receive a shot
at the AWI NORTH AMERICAN TITLE!!! And finally, the final man
standing in the ring will receive a shot at the AWI WORLD
TITLE!!!

Drawing number one ... the first competitor in the Spring 
Stampede ... he hails from Reno, Nevada ... he is ... RICTOR 
SHOWTIME!!!

{Rictor comes down to ringside with a scowl on his face.}

[Kinsman]
Drawing number two ... one half of THE MISSISSIPPI MOB ... he
is ... RIVERBOAT!!!

	[Rasputin]: Showtime and Riverboat starting this one
	out ... Showtime moving around, keeping on his toes as the
	big man approaches ... 

{Showtime uses a single-leg takedown, then backs away to let
Riverboat stand back up; he knocks him down with a drop kick,
rolling back to his feet. Riverboat stands up again, and Rictor
takes him back to the mat with an armdrag.}

	[Rasputin]: Showtime seems content to wear down Riverboat
	for the time being ...

{Riverboat stands up again, and grabs Rictor in a bearhug before
he can act again.}

	[Rasputin]: Riverboat catches up to Rictor -- and Showtime
	looks like he's in PAIN!!!

	[Stone]: Well, Heather, those muscles on Riverboat aren't
	exactly drawn in. 

	[Rasputin]: Showtime trying desperately to get out ... and
	there's the signal for the first minute!!! 

[Kinsman]
The next competitor to enter Spring Stampede ... representing
the World Organization of Wrestling ... JERRY STRAITE!!!

	[Rasputin]: Straite bathing in fan approval as Showtime has
	finally gotten an arm underneath one of Riverboat's massive
	arms ...

{Showtime slips out of the hold as Jerry enters the ring, just
in time to get knocked down by a punch from Straite.}

	[Rasputin]: ... and a Jerry Straite left hooks downs Rictor!

	[Johnston]: And thus the conspiracy begins ... first, Tamara
	was not allowed at ringside -- and now Showtime is being
	helplessly doubleteamed by Jerry Straite and Riverboat!


{Showtime ducks a forearm from Riverboat, then dropkicks Jerry
Straite. Riverboat grabs him as he's getting back up, and drives
in a kneelift; he then press slams Rictor over the top rope.}

	[Rasputin]: Riverboat has Showtime pressed high above his
	head ... AND HE'S NOW $20,000 RICHER!!!

[Kinsman]
RICTOR SHOWTIME HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!! The next competitor to 
enter the Spring Stampede: "WAY COOL, JR." COREY BONHAM!!!

[Rasputin]
{Riverboat stalks over to Jerry, and starts to lift him in a
waistlock, but Jerry quickly counters with a headbutt.}

	[Rasputin]: Straite's now seen Bonham, and he ... holds
	the ropes open for Way Cool, Jr. to enter the ring?!?

	[Stone]: Well, he /DOES/ need a warm-up neck to wring
	before he wrings Robbie's.

[Rasputin]
{Corey slides in under the bottom rope, rolls over, and throws
a punch between the legs.}

	[Rasputin]: Bonham in the ring, and IMMEDIATELY hits the
	Canadian in the groin!!!

	[Johnston]: An acceptable manuever, if he's to avoid a fate
	such as Showtime's.

{Bonham throws a side kick at Straite's ribs.}

	[Rasputin]: Bonham with a kick which just DROPS Straite like
	a house of cards -- Straite is really grabbing his side
	after that ...

{Riverboat spins Bonham around, and lifts him up, but Corey pokes
him in the eyes and drops back to the mat. He pushes Riverboat by
the ropes, steps back, and throws a savate kick; Riverboat ducks
the blow.}

	[Rasputin]: Bonham's setting up for the Wicked Awesome
	Superkick ... BUT RIVERBOAT IS OUT OF THE WAY!!!!

[Kinsman]
The next competitor to enter the Spring Stampede... "THE 
HARDLINER" JASON WRATH!!!

	[Stone]: It's really sad when even 300+ lb. guys are fast
	enough to avoid your key moves -- who got this guy into
	wrestling?

	[Rasputin]: Robbie Stevens.

	[Stone]: Never mind. It all suddenly makes sense now.

{Bonham recovers quickly, and dropkicks Riverboat.}

	[Rasputin]: Corey Bonham /DOES/ connect with a dropkick
	which takes the big man down -- and Riverboat looks hurt ... 

	[Johnston]: Bonham has mastered using his feet for
	tremendous offense.

	[Stone]: Yeah -- his feet mat be even more offensive than
	Robbie's!!! Wait -- that didn't come out right.

[Rasputin] 

{Straite clotheslines Corey as Wrath enters ring ... Jerry picks
him back up, and attempts a hiptoss, but Corey blocks it with his
leg, then steps back and hits Jerry with a standing drop kick.}

	[Rasputin]: Those kicks from Bonham do indeed seem much more
	damaging than normal ...

{Jason Wrath back-elbows Riverboat to cut off a charge, then backs
into a corner.}

	[Rasputin]: Wrath hanging back now ...

	[Johnston]: An excellent tactical strategy ... he's allowing
	his opponents to wear themselves down attacking each other
	while he remains fresh and ready to defend himself.

	[Stone]: Translation: He's a coward that's scared to fight.

	[Johnston]: Coward, winner -- the final result remains the
	same.

[Kinsman]
The next competitor to enter the Spring Stampede... JUSTICE!!!

	[Rasputin]: Corey Bonham stalking Jerry Straite now ...

{Straite kicks Bonham away, and clotheslines Corey over the top.}

	[Rasputin]: ... AND OUT GOES "WAY COOL, JR."!!!

[Kinsman]
"WAY COOL, JR." COREY BONHAM HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

[Rasputin]
{Jerry closes with Jason Wrath, and catches him with a headbutt,
then bulldogs him out of the corner. Jerry pulls him back up,
but Wrath knocks Jerry down with an enziguiri kick. Jason picks
Jerry up and pushes him into the ropes, then attempts a short-arm
clothesline; Jerry catches his arm to block. Justice enters the
ring, and immediately downs Riverboat with a neckbreaker.

	[Johnston]: This is exactly the kind of Justice we'll have
	to see if he wants to win the Spring Stampede; no matter
	what anyone says, the NEW Justice is an incredible
	improvement!

{Justice and Riverboat return to their feet, and Riverboat
quickly closes in to bearhug Justice; meanwhile, Jerry Straite
scoops up Jason and bodyslams him over the top.}

[Kinsman]
"THE HARDLINER" JASON WRATH HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!! 

	[Rasputin]: Straite sees Riverboat and Justice, and charges
	... a clothesline sends both men over the top!!!! AND JERRY
	STRAITE IS STANDING TALL AND ALONE!

{Jerry screams to the fans, looking quite pleased.}

[Kinsman]
RIVERBOAT AND JUSTICE HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED!!! The next competitor 
to enter the Spring Stampede... SCOTT "TANK" BRADLEY!!!

	[Rasputin]: Bradley taking his time getting to ring ...

{Bradley finally enters the ring, and meets Jerry with a forearm
smash; Straite counters with a dropkick to knock down Tank. He
picks Bradley back up, and gets another forearm for his trouble.}

	[Johnston]: Straite has to realize that he can /NOT/ trade
	blows with a man like Tank Bradley ... however, I sincerely
	doubt he'll be in the ring long enough to learn that lesson.

{Tank hoists Jerry up in a press.}

	[Rasputin]: Indeed ... Tanks has Jerry up in the air ... but
	Straite slips behind at the /LAST/ second to avoid an
	elimination!!!

[Kinsman]
The next competitor to enter the Spring Stampede ... One half of 
BOOT HILL ... "GUNSLINGER" GLENN TURNER!!!

	[Rasputin]: Straite's behind Bradley... lifts him up for a
	side suplex!!! He just suplexed 360+ lb. Tank Bradley!!!
	Straite trying to pick him up -- but Bradley overpowers him! 

	[Johnston]: Again, Jerry Straite is proving that, with years
	does /NOT/ come experience. He'd do much better clotheslining
	or kicking Bradley over the top rope than to lift him up.

[Rasputin]
{Straite ducks a clothesline from Tank as Turner enters the ring.
He headbutts Tank, then charges Turner, who dropkicks him.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor to enter the Spring Stampede... JIMMY 
SPRINGHEEL!!!

{Straite stands back up, and bodyslams Turner; he bends down to
pick Glenn back up, but Glenn stands on his own and pulls down
Straite with a DDT. Springheel slides into the ring, and begins
punching down Bradley.}

	[Rasputin]: Springheel is /GOING TO TOWN/ on Bradley with
	punches ... to the gut ... to the face ... back below ...
	Springheel's all over him!!! 

	[Stone]: Now /THOSE/ are oldies but goodies that work!

[Rasputin]

{Glenn dropkicks Jerry as he's standing back up, knocking him
against the ropes.}

	[Rasputin]: Jerry BARELY keeping himself leveraged from
	going over the top!!!

{Springheel knocks Tank over with a discus punch; Straite
bounces back from the ropes to punch Glenn, then whips him into
the ropes to catch with a powerslam on the rebound.}

	[Rasputin]: Jerry Straite regains control ... and
	POWERSLAMS the high flyer down!

	[Stone]: Actually, Turner hasn't come close to the top
	rope yet this match ... which is probably a sign of
	intelligent life!

{Bradley gets back to his feet, and grabs Jimmy Springheel in a
head vise; Springheel twists out, as Straite pulls Glenn back
to his feet and scoops him up. Glenn hops Jerry's shoulder,
spins him around, and grabs his head for a DDT.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor to enter the Spring Stampede ... BIG POPPA!

{Turner pulls Jerry back up and attempts to bodyslam him, but
Jerry blocks him, then decks him. Bradley rushes Springheel
for a clothesline, but gets a punch to the gut to stop him,
followed by a jab combination.}

	[Rasputin]: Springheel trying lift the Tank ... Bradley
	isn't going anywhere ... and Bradleys send Springheel out
	with a bodyslam!!!

[Kinsman]
JIMMY SPRINGHEEL HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!!

{Turner kicks Jerry away, then boots Big Poppa as he's closing
in, following it up with a dropkick that leaves Poppa reeling
but still standing. Bradley lunges for Straite, hitting him
with a series of forearm blows; Straite scoops him up and
bodyslams him.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor, one of our three "mystery competitors" ... 
RETURNING TO THE AWI ... "THE ICEMAN" CHRIS REVI!!!

{Glenn gets back to his feet, and knocks down Poppa with a
clothesline. Jerry Straite drops a leg on Bradley, who blocks
it with his knees. Bradley gets back to his feet as Straite is
recovering, and goes to pull him up, but Straite grabs his head
and delivers a jawbreaker. Turner dropkicks again Poppa as he's
getting back up, then tries to pull him to his feet, but Poppa
grabs him by the throat and pulls him down to the mat.}

	[Rasputin]: BIG POPPA IS CHOKING THE LIFE OUT OF GLENN
	TURNER!!!

	[Stone]: Well, on the good side, he can't eliminate him by
	choking him -- on the bad side, if he kills him, it'll be
	pretty easy to eliminate him.

{Straite headbutts Tank from his knees, as Chris Revi rolls into
the ring; Tank retaliates with a headbutt of his own, then stands
up, only to be felled by a savate kick from Crhis.}

	[Rasputin]: TANK IS DROPPED BY A CHRIS REVI WICKED AWESOME
	SUPERKICK!!! 

	[Stone]: I'm almost scared to ask Revi who came up with
	that move first. 

{Glenn twists free of the chokehold as Bradley scrambles to his 
feet; Bradley forearms Revi as Turner and Poppa stand up.}

	[Rasputin]: BIG POPPA WITH A BIG CHOKESLAM on Glenn Turner!

	[Stone]: Yes, Big Poppa prefers the "beat them into
	unconsciousness" method of elimination ...

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede ... JOE WALKER!!!

[Rasputin]

{Chris Revi hits Tank with a martial arts punch, then dropkicks
him, but Tank remains standing.}

	[Rasputin]: Revi with a dropkick ... but the Tank doesn't
	even MOVE!!!

{Big Poppa pulls Glenn back to his feet; Turner manages a punch,
but it only slows Poppa for a moment before he applies a scoop
side slam.}

	[Rasputin]: Bradley with a clothesline to drop Revi ...
	SIDEWALK SLAM on Glenn Turner by Big Poppa ... Straite with
	a clothesline on Bradley!!!

{Big Poppa drags Glenn back up, but Glenn manages to grab his
neck and DDT him.}

	[Rasputin]: Turner DDTs Big Poppa ... Bradley forearms
	Straite -- fans, this action's almost getting too tough to
	call!!!

	[Stone]: Yeah, but if you do it, we all get a bigger
	Christmas bonus -- so don't give up, Heather!!!

	[Rasputin]: Bradley gets Straite in the air ... he's by the
	ropes ... and Jerry goes over!!!!

[Kinsman]
JERRY STRAITE HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

{Glenn Turner hits Big Poppa with a legdrop, as Joe Walker enters
the ring. Joe hits Chris Revi with a forearm smash, followed by a
savate kick. Glenn Turner stands up and delivers a leaping splash
to Big Poppa; Bradley hits Revi from behind with a forearm smash.}

	[Rasputin]: Glenn Turner setting up the "Shoot-Out" ...

{Turner picks up Poppa's legs for a slingshot catapult, but Poppa
blocks him with a kick to the gut. Joe hits Revi with a headbutt
drop.}

[Kinsman]
Our next competitor... representing the Universal Superstars of 
Wrestling ... COMANCHE WAR DOG!!!

	[Rasputin]: Big Poppa measuring up Turner now ... BIG
	CLOTHESLINE!!!  TURNER GOES OVER -- but HE'S GOT THE TOP ROPE!

{Turner pulls himself back in after the clothesline. Bradley scoops
up Revi, but Revi hops over his shoulder; Joe Walker nails Chris
with a punch to knock him over the ropes.}

	[Rasputin]: Bradley has Revi up now ... Revi flips behind
	him ... INTO JOE WALKER'S HANDS!!! and JOE SENDS THE ICEMAN
	OVER THE TOP!!!!

[Kinsman]
"THE ICEMAN" CHRIS REVI HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

	[Rasputin]: Poppa's turned his back on the Gunslinger ...

{Glenn Turner gets up, and dropkicks Poppa from behind to knock
him over the ropes.}

	[Rasputin]: ... AND BIG POPPA GOES OVER!!!!

[Kinsman]
BIG POPPA HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

{Comanche War Dog enters the ring. Joe Walker blinds Tank with a
shot to the eyes, then staggers with a roundhouse kick. He pushes
Tank against the ropes, then delivers a jumping side kick which
knocks Tank over.}

	[Rasputin]: Roundhouse kick staggers the big man ... and a
	side kick takes out Bradley as War Dog and Turner look on!

[Kinsman]
SCOTT "TANK" BRADLEY HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

	[Rasputin]: War Dog with an eye rake on Joe Walker ... and
	a BIG TOMOHAWK CHOP ...

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede ... ROBBIE STEVENS!!!!

{Walker replies with a spinning backfist to the War Dog, followed
by a pair of kicks to the chest.}

	[Rasputin]: Robbie taking his own sweet time making to the
	ring ...

{Joe grabs the War Dog by the throat and chokeslams him.}

	[Rasputin]: ... and Joe Walker with a BIG CHOKESLAM!!! And
	JERRY STRAITE HAS MADE IT BACK TO RINGSIDE!!

	[Johnston]: This is /EXACTLY/ the kind of thing that makes me
	wonder if there is some sort of conspiracy going on in the
	AWI!!! What business could Straite possibly have at ringside?

	[Rasputin]: He's got a belt!!! 

	[Stone]: AND HE'S GOING AFTER ROBBIE!!!

{Joe Walker hits War Dog with the jumping side kick, sending him
over the top; the Comanche War Dog grabs the top rope and drags
himself back in.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor to enter the Spring Stampede... THE CRYSTAL 
CROW!!!

{The Comanche War Dog spins Joe around and drops him with a
hurricarana.}

	[Rasputin]: SCISSORS PILEDRIVER BY COMANCHE ON JOE WALKER
	... AS STRAITE IS WHIPPING ROBBIE!!!! ROBBIE'S RUNNING FOR
	COVER ... AND JERRY'S RIGHT BEHIND HIM!!!

{Joe gets back up, and the War Dog jumps into a flying head mare.}

	[Rasputin]: COMANCHE WAR DOG WITH A FLYING HEADSCISSORS ...
	THAT SENDS JOE OVER THE TOP ROPE!!!

[Kinsman]
JOE WALKER HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

	[Rasputin]: The refs are out, trying to hold back Jerry
	Straite so Robbie can enter the ring ... Jerry's broken
	loose ... AND HE WHIPS ROBBIE AGAIN WITH THAT BELT ... THE
	CHASE IS ON AGAIN!

{Crystal Crow rushes Straite, and cuts him off with a hurricarana.}

	[Rasputin]: JERRY STRAITE JUST GOT THE TIGER'S POUNCE!!! Crow
	and Robbie give each other nods as they enter the ring ...

	[Johnston]: As well they should, since that may be the first
	sign of sportsmanship we've seen all night!

	[Rasputin]: Maybe -- but knowing the Crow, there's undoubtably
	something more sinister going on. Jerry Straite now being sent
	back to the back by the referees ...

{The Crystal Crow hits Glenn Turner with a karate chop, followed by
a dropkick, as Robbie Stevens gives an eye rake to the War Dog
before knocking him down with an enziguri kick. The Crow waits for
Glenn to stand, and hits him with a roundhouse kick; Robbie pulls
up the War Dog and dropkicks him. As the War Dog gets back to his
feet, Robbie grabs him by the front of his tights and falls back,
pulling him forward to pitch over the ropes.}

[Kinsman]
COMANCHE WAR DOG HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!! The next competitor to 
enter the Spring Stampede, our second mystery competitor ... he 
stands SEVEN FOOT TWO, and weighs THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE POUNDS
.. HE IS ... DAI KAIJU!!!!

{The Crow backs off for a moment, then hits Glenn with a karate
kick that knocks him over the top rope.}

[Kinsman]
"GUNSLINGER" GLENN TURNER HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

	[Rasputin]: Robbie and the Crow find themselves standing
	alone in the ring ... and a BEHEMOTH coming their way ...
	this guy's bigger than War Machine!!! He's even bigger than
	Big Poppa!!!!

	[Johnston]: It is interesting that you mention the War
	Machine ... Dai Kaiju is War Machine's former tag team
	partner in the Orient ...

	[Stone]: Kinda scary that War Machine was the small, fast
	guy in the pair, isn't it?

{Dai Kaiju steps over the ropes, and clothelines the Crystal
Crow. He turns to face Robbie, who cuts him with a punch below
the belt.}

	[Stone]: Yup ... suvival instinct's taken over Robbie!

{Robbie dropkicks Dai Kaiju, then rolls to the corner.}

	[Rasputin]: Robbie Stevens with a dropkick which staggers
	the seven foot plus monster ... AND ROBBIE'S HIDING IN
	THE CORNER NOW!!!

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede... "THE PHILOSOPHER" 
MIKHAIL TZSKOVA!!!

{Crystal Crow stands back up, and hits Dai Kaiju with a karate
chop; Dai Kaiju turns around, grabs his neck, and chokeslams
him. He lets Crow return to his feet, then chokeslams him
again.}

	[Rasputin]: Tzskova makes his way into the ring ... and
	settles into a corner to watch the action ...

	[Stone]: Oh, now /THAT'S/ exciting. Hell, I can be in
	Spring Stampede if all you have to do is stand there and
	watch!!!

{Dai Kaiju picks the Crow up by the legs, and circles around 
into a giant swing.}

	[Rasputin]: Dai Kaiju with a giant swing -- and the Crow
	CRASHES into the mat!!! Dai Kaiju's in firm control ...

{Dai Kaiju cinches up the Crystal Crow, to deliver a vertical
suplex.}

	[Rasputin]: The crowd is solidly behind Dai Kaiju ... AND
	NOW DAI KAIJU'S TURNED BACK TO ROBBIE!!!

{Robbie rakes him in the eyes, then attempts a DDT, which Dai
Kaiju blocks.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede... OTTO "THE BUTCHER" 
VERHOEVEN!!!

{Robbie knees Dai Kaiju in the groin, and attempts the DDT again
-- but Dai Kaiju again blocks him. Stevens switches tactics,
knocking Dai Kaiju over with an enziguri kick.}

	[Rasputin]: A back brain kick from Robbie downs the big
	man!!! Robbie gloats in the middle of the ring ... but
	quickly hides in a corner as Verhoeven enters the ring!!!

	[Stone]: Hell, he should gloat ... that's probably the best
	offense I've seen Robbie give. Then again, it wasn't that
	much.

{Dai Kaiju backs up and hits Crystal Crow with a chop, as
Verhoeven punches Tzskova; Robbie darts behind Kaiju and
legsweeps him. Robbie stands up and stomps at him, but Dai Kaiju
rolls away, then lashes out with a kick.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor to enter the Spring Stampede... REVEREND 
JEREMIAH JAMES!!!

{Verhoeven kicks Tzskova off his feet, then hits him with a
standing splash. Dai Kaiju pushes Robbie in a corner, smacks him
with a chop, then spinebusters him back to the middle of the
ring. The Crow moves in as Dai Kaiju is standing back up, and
hits him with a savate kick.}

	[Rasputin]: Verhoeven has Tzskova up ... but the Philosopher
	tangles himself in the ropes to prevent the elimination!!!
	[Stone]: Umm ... forget what I said about me being in the
	Stampede ... I'd want people like "The Butcher" to touch me
	as little as possible, thank you.

{Jeremiah James rolls into the ring, as Mikhail Tzskova takes
down Verhoeven with a drop toehold. Dai Kaiju chops Crystal Crow,
who responds with a karate kick. Reverend James drops to one knee
and begins choking Verhoeven while he's down.}

	[Rasputin]: Reverend James now puts a choke on Otto
	Verhoeven ... and it's the Butcher being doubleteamed!!! DAI
	KAIJU WITH ANOTHER CHOKESLAM ON THE CRYSTAL CROW!!!

	[Stone]: Ya know ... I'd think that the Crow'd get tired of
	that pretty soon ...

{Verhoeven breaks the chokehold, and his two opponents pull him
to his feet; Reverend James grabs his arm and nails a short-arm
elbowsmash. Dai Kaiju drags up Crystal Crow, lifts him, and
bodyslams him over the ropes.}

[Kinsman]
THE CRYSTAL CROW HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!! The next competitor in 
the Spring Stampede... one half of Boot Hill... T. C. JURGENS!!!

	[Rasputin]: Verhoeven and James now trading blows ... and
	Verhoeven takes control

{Dai Kaiju grabs Robbie and hits him with a heart punch; Reverend
James connects with a forearm uppercut to Verhoeven's chin.}

	[Rasputin]: James with a european uppercut to stun Verhoeven
	... and Jurgens is now attacking the Crystal Crow on the
	outside!!!!

	[Stone]: Late retribution for taking out Glenn Turner?

	[Johnston]: More likely it's simply further evidence that
	T. C. Jurgens has totally lost control of his facilities.

{Dai Kaiju presses Robbie up, but Stevens grabs the ropes, and
pulls himself back to the mat; Dai Kaiju kicks him in
retribution. Verhoeven slaps a chokehold on the Reverend; outside
the ring, T. C. Jurgens showers the Crystal Crow with forearm
blows, before lifting him in a waistlock and dropping him neck
first onto the ringside railing.

	[Rasputin]: T.C. JURGENS HITS THE GALLOWS ONTO THE RAILING!

	[Johnston]: This is totally unnecessary!!! The Crow has done
	nothing to Jurgens ...

	[Rasputin]: Except eliminate his partner, apparently ... the
	referee brigade is back out, and are forcing Jurgens into
	the ring ...

{Dai Kaiju hits a vertical suplex on Robbie Stevens, while James
twists free of the chokehold, only to get pummeled with a series
of punches. Dai Kaiju closes on the rising Stevens, who hits him
below the belt.}

	[Rasputin]: Verhoeven trying to lift the Reverend out of the
	ring, but James is struggling ... and a Tzskova roundhouse
	saves the good Reverend!!!

	[Stone]: Where's all of the cries of "Conspriracy!!!
	Double-Team!!!" now?

	[Johnston]: Well, Verhoeven did attack Tzskova first ...

	[Stone]: Now /THERE'S/ a mature comeback: "He hit me first,
	mommy.".

	[Rasputin]: Reverend James with a standing raised-boot kick
	to floor the Butcher ... and Robbie taking this time to find
	the corner again!!!

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede ... TOSHIAKI HASEGAWA!

	[Rasputin]: Reverend James trying to toss the bigger
	Verhoeven out ... but the Butcher is hanging onto the ropes
	for dear life ...

{Dai Kaiju stalks Stevens and lays a choke on him, as James hits
Otto with a double axe-handle; Tzskova compounds it with a
roundhouse kick that sends Verhoeven reeling over the top.}

[Kinsman]
OTTO "THE BUTCHER" VERHOEVEN HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

	[Rasputin]: Hasegawa in the ring, and he pulls Dai Kaiju
	off of Robbie ... but Jurgens presses the attack with a
	clothesline to down Stevens!!! Dai Kaiju karate kicks
	Hasegawa in frustration ... as Jurgens nails Robbie with
	his patented heartpunch!!! Hasegawa goes low as Jurgens
	lifts Stevens up ... but Robbie's hanging onto those ropes
	for dear life!!!

	STOMPING away at Dai Kaiju's groin!!!

	[Stone]: Ya know, between Robbie and Joey, I really hope
	Dai Kaiju already has a son to pass on the Kaiju name ...
	because, if not, he's never gonna have one now!!!!

{Robbie pulls up Jurgens and prepares a DDT, but Jurgens pushes
him away, then locks on a DDT of his own. He picks up Robbie
again, but Robbie again grabs the ropes and shrugs him away.
Dai Kaiju chops away at Hasegawa, then chokeslams him.}

	[Rasputin]: Tyler Toxic's in the ring ... Robbie rakes
	Jurgens' eyes ... and Tyler Toxic clotheslines the leader
	of Team Stevens to the mat!!! 

	[Stone]: I guess Robbie was a bad little pimple factor
	instead of a good little pimple factor.

	[Rasputin]: Jurgens kicks Tyler Toxic away ... Dai Kaiju
	has Hasegawa in the air ... and Hasegawa is tossed outside!

[Kinsman]
TOSHIAKI "SMILIN' JOEY" HASEGAWA HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

[Rasputin]
{Tyler hits T.C. Jurgens with a double axe-handle; Dai Kaiju hits
Tzskova with a series of chops.}

	[Rasputin]: AND JASON WRATH IS IN THE AISLE WITH A CHAIR!!!

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede... THE MIST ANGEL!!!

{Wrath surprises Hasegawa with a chair to the face; Hasegawa
manages to ward him off with a low blow, and grabs the chair.
Inside the ring, Dai Kaiju kicks Tzskova, who retaliates with a
roundhouse blow. T.C. Jurgens ducks a clothesline from Tyler, who
recovers quickly to hit him with a rear elbow shot, then grabs
him by the head and tosses him over the ropes.}

[Kinsman]
T.C. JURGENS HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

{The Mist Angel kicks Robbie; Hasegawa swings at Jason with the
chair, but Wrath ducks, then grabs his head and DDTs him.}

	[Rasputin]: DDT on the floor! The ref brigade is out again
	to break this one up -- but the damage is done already!!! 

	[Stone]: Actually, the damage was done when Joey got hit
	with that chair ... but that's not the point ...

{Tzskova puts a leglace on Dai Kaiju as Reverend James applies
a chokehold. The Angel punches Robbie, only to get knocked down
by a clothesline from behind by Tyler Toxic.}

	[Stone]: Yeah ... no fair jumping on Robbie when Tyler
	called first!!!

{Dai Kaiju kicks Tzskova off of him, as Mist Angel throws a
karate kick which knocks Tyler over the ropes.}

	[Rasputin]: ... AND OUT HE GOES!!!!

[Kinsman]
TYLER TOXIC HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!! 

	[Rasputin]: Mist Angel now turning his attention back to
	Stevens, while Dai Kaiju has managed to roll away from
	the men collectively known as The Flock ...

{Mist Angel punches Robbie.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede... "SUPERMAN" MIKE 
PIERSALL!!!!

	[Rasputin]: The Mist Angel now using Robbie as a kicking
	bag ... Dai Kaiju has made it to his feet, and is chopping
	away at Reverend Jeremiah James ... Tskova meets the
	Superman with a drop toehold, as Dai Kaiju's trying to lift
	James -- but James blocks it!!! Mist Angel with a dropkick
	on Stevens ... THAT SENDS HIM OVER!!!!

[Kinsman]
ROBBIE STEVENS HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

{Tzskova twists Piersall into an Indian deathlock, as Reverend
James pushes Dai Kaiju from behind over the ropes.}

[Kinsman]
DAI KAIJU HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

{The Mist Angel savate kicks Reverend James; James retaliates
with a high boot kick. Piersall escapes from the hold, but
Tzskova quickly applies a leglace.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor ... representing the Frontier Wrestling 
Association ... ORACLE!!!

{Jeremiah grabs the stunned Mist Angel by one arm, and delivers
a short-arm elbow, then begins choking him on the ground;
Piersall stands up and hits Tzskova with a forearm smash to
double him over, then drops him with a gutwrench suplex. James
pulls the Mist Angel up by his throat, lifting him into the
air ...}

	[Rasputin]: James has the MistAngel up in a choke ... BUT
	THE ANGEL LAUNCHES OF HIS SHOULDERS INTO A BACKFLIP!!!!

	[Stone]: THAT WAS COOL!!!

	[Johnston]: Paul Stone ... ever the fountain of useful
	commentary.

{Piersall scoops up the Philosopher, who grabs the ropes to
pull himself back down. Oracle enters the ring, as James ducks
a kick from Mist Angel. Tzskova tries to pick up Piersall, but
gets blocked; Piersall picks him up and presses him overhead.}

	[Rasputin]: AND OUT GOES THE PHILOSOPHER!!!

[Kinsman]
"THE PHILOSOPHER" MIKHAIL TZSKOVA HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

{Oracle kicks James, staggering him long enough for the Mist
Angel to add a punch in edgewise.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede... one half of the 
INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS... "EL SCORPION" CARLOS MENDOZA!!!

{Piersall and Oracle both take swings at the Reverend, who
backs away successfully, only to get knocked to the mat by a
dropkick from the Mist Angel. Piersall pulls him back up, and
slams him down with a belly-to-belly suplex. Mendoza enters
the ring, and Oracle hits him with a forearm; Carlos counters
by grabbing his head, bending him down, and DDTing him.
Piersall lets James get to his feet before press slamming him
over the top rope.}

[Kinsman]
REVEREND JEREMIAH JAMES IS ELIMINATED!!!

{Carlos Mendoza pulls up Oracle and attempts a slam, but Oracle
blocks him.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede... one half of the 
Mississippi Mob... THE MISSISSIPPI KID!!!!

{Oracle locks Mendoza in a clawlock. The Mist Angel attacks
Piersall, hitting him with a punch, a roundhouse kick, and
finally a dropkick which sends him falling backwards over the
ropes.}

[Kinsman]
"SUPERMAN" MIKE PIERSALL HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

	[Rasputin]: The Mississippi Kid has now entered the ring
	... he's sneaking behind the Mist Angel ... and a
	dropkick sends the Angel over!!!

[Kinsman]
THE MIST ANGEL HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

{Oracle picks up Mendoza and press slams him over the ropes;
Mendoza snags the top rope and pulls himself back in. Outside
the ring ...}

	[Rasputin]: JAMES IS BACK OUTSIDE THE RING!!! HE'S LAYING
	INTO MIKE PIERSALL ... AND /SMASHES/ his head open on the
	ringside railing!!! I suppose James has some "high
	purpose" in this cowardly attack...

	[Stone]: Well ... he definitely can't say that the Devil
	made him do it.

{Inside, Oracle kicks away at the Kid. Outside ...}

	[Rasputin]: Piersall IS BEING SET UP IN THE Cross of
	Burdens ... BUT HE BLOCKS IT!!! And gets whipped into the
	railing by the the Right-On Reverend ... and the refs
	FINALLY get out there to break this up. 

	[Stone]: Ahhh ... no fun for Reverend James ... hey, I
	wonder if we can make him say a bunch of "Hail Mary"'s as
	punishment?

	[Rasputin]: ANYWAY ...

{Inside, Oracle locks the Mississippi Kid into bearhug.}

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede... DANNY BOY McGILL!!! 

	[Rasputin]: Mississippi Kid stuck in that bearhug as
	Mendoza waits for the Irishman to enter the ring ...

{McGill climbs inside, and Mendoza hits him with an elbowsmash,
followed by a savate kick ...}

	[Rasputin]: Mendoza has McGill up ... but McGill grabs the
	ropes to avoid a VERY quick elimination ... and responds
	with a solid DDT!

{The Kid slips out of the bearhug; Oracle switches tactics, and
presses him over the ropes.}

[Kinsman]
THE MISSISSIPPI KID HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!! The next competitor
in the Spring Stampede ... one half of the International Players
... "CANADIAN SENSATION" CHRIS SIM!!!

{Danny Boy takes down Mendoza with a belly to belly suplex as
he's getting up.}

	[Rasputin]: McGill is solidly in control now ... HARD
	belly-to-belly on Mendoza ... 

{Mendoza scrambles back to his feet, then dodges away from McGill
dropkick, as Sim runs into the ring. Sim climbs inside and
dropkicks Oracle, as Carlos downs McGill with a Russian
legsweep ...}

	[Rasputin]: Mendoza waiting for McGill to rise ... but
	McGill ducks a Mendoza savate kick!!!

	[Stone]: Yeah ... next time don't wait for him to get up ...
	kick `em!!! punch `em!!! hit `em!!! Hit `em!!!

	[Johnston]: Are you ill, Paul?

	[Stone]: Oh ... sorry ... caffeine rush.

{Sim downs Oracle with an enziguri, but the bigger man recovers
quickly, rolling over to keep Sim on the mat with a clawlock.
McGill knocks down Mendoza with a dropkick, then closes in to
DDT him before he can stand up completely. Oracle pulls up Sim,
and tries to bodyslam him over the top; Sim grabs the ropes and
pulls himself back in. Mendoza gets to his feet groggily, and
Danny Boy dropkicks him over the top.}

[Kinsman]
"EL SCORPION" CARLOS MENDOZA HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!! The next 
competitor in the Spring Stampede... "DEVASTATING" DAN LEA!!!

{Sim settles himself back into the ring for a moment while
Oracle is measuring up the Mendoza/McGill confrontation; Chris
knocks him over the ropes with an enziguri kick.}

[Kinsman]
ORACLE HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

	[Rasputin]: Dan Lea now making his way into the ring ...
	and IMMEDIATELY clotheslines McGill ... there is
	DEFINITELY no love lost there!

{Sim falls in the corner to rest, as Dan Lea follows the
clothesline by grabbing McGill's throat, pulling him to his
feet, and chokeslamming him ...}

	[Rasputin]: Sim taking some time to rest now as Lea is
	all over Danny Boy ... Lea lifts McGill over the top ...
	but Danny Boy grabs on for dear life to avoid the
	elimination! He responds with a legsweep to down the
	Devastating One ... and locks on a toehold ...

	[Johnston]: A surprisingly efficient stratagem: he wears
	down Lea, while rendering it more difficult for someone
	else to eliminate him. Apparently he and Miranda Wright
	have found time to create strategy between sexu--

[Kinsman]
The next competitor in the Spring Stampede... and the FINAL 
mystery competitor... making his return to the AWI... STEVE THE 
INSANE!!!!

	[Rasputin]: Thank you, Mr. Kinsman. Dan Lea breaks out
	of that hold ...

{Dan Lea rakes Danny Boy's face.}

	[Rasputin]: Steve's down to ringside now ... and he's ...
	asking the ref where the Crystal Crow is.

	[Stone]: I'd hate to be that ref. It's always dangerous to
	be the bearer of bad news to Steve the Insane.

	[Rasputin]: Steve finding out that the Crow's already been
	eliminated -- he hits the ring quite dejected.

{Dan Lea headbutts McGill. Sim dropkicks Steve the Insane, as
McGill and Lea rise to their feet. McGill shakes off his daze,
and darts in to catch Dan Lea with a DDT ...}

	[Rasputin]: A DDT from McGill grounds the muscleman again,
	as Steve with ... did he just perform a drop toehold?

	[Stone]: Well, whaddaya know -- say, was there a full moon
	last night or something?

	[Rasputin]: The Devastating one blocks a clothesline
	attempt by McGill ... and Steve all over the downed Sim
	with punches.

	[Stone]: Now /THAT'S/ the Steve we all know and love!!!

{McGill shifts tactics quickly after his clothesline is blocked,
dropping to a knee for a single leg takedown.}
 
[Kinsman]
The next competitor to enter the Spring Stampede... KEN 
MISCHIEF!!!

{Chris Sim hits Steve with an elbowsmash; Danny Boy McGill grabs
a leg and twists Dan into a figure four.}

	[Rasputin]: McGill puts a figure-four on Dan Lea!!! This
	won't eliminate him ... but it will make it a heckuvalot
	easier to do it later!!!

{Ken Mischief enters the ring, as Steve kicks back at Sim; Sim
responds with a karate kick. Lea breaks out of the figure four,
and scrambles to his feet. Ken Mischief drops Sim with a
clothesline from behind, as McGill dropkicks Lea. Danny Boy
pulls up Dan, who headbutts him before he can capitalize. Sim
gets up, and wards off Ken with a kick, but gets a kick from
Steve in retaliation. McGill falls to the mat, but legsweeps
Dan to join him; he stands, and pulls Lea back up, but Lea grabs
him in a bearhug.}

[Kinsman]
The /FINAL/ competitor to enter the Spring Stampede ... one half
of the Toxic Twins ... PERRY TOXIC!!! 

{Ken Mischief starts kicking Sim on the ground, but Steve drives
him away with a discus punch. Perry Toxic steps into the ring,
and Steve brings him into the party ...}

	[Rasputin]: Perry Toxic enters the ring now ... and Steve
	the Insane is going to town on both he and Mischief with
	rights and lefts ... back ... forth ... back ... forth ... 

	[Stone]: Ya know, they look like a couple of weeble-woobles
	right now.

{Steve breaks up his rhythm to follow after Perry when he falls
to the mat, stomping on him; Ken Mischief takes the opportunity
to shake off his daze, then rushes a closing in Sim with a
clothesline.}

	[Rasputin]: Ken Mischief clotheslines Chris Sim back down
	to the mat ... AND SOME WOMAN HAS JUST HOPPED THE RAILING
	INTO THE AISLE!!!

	[Stone]: Please, please, calm yourself -- I'll be available
	for body autographs after the show.

	[Rasputin]: Somehow, I /DON'T/ think that's what she wants.
	The referees are trying to keep the woman back -- I can't
	quite recognize her, because she's wearing some sort of
	shawl ...

{McGill breaks out of the bearhug.}

	[Rasputin]: ... D. A. BOOKTHROWER'S DASHING DOWN TO
	RINGSIDE!!! Dan Lea has McGill up... McGILL grabs for the
	top rope ... BUT BOOKTHROWER JERKS IT OUT OF HIS HANDS!!!
	MCGILL GOES OVER, AS THE REFS HAVE JUST TURNED TO SEE
	BOOKTHROWER!!! THEY'RE GETTING D. A. -- AND MELISSA
	WRIGHT!!! THAT WOMAN WAS MELISSA WRIGHT!!! Bookthrower and
	Melissa being run to the back, but ... yes, I think he is--

[Kinsman]
DANNY BOY MCGILL HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

	[Stone]: What kind of garbage is that for Bookthrower to
	pull?!?!

	[Johnston]: Some would label it garbage. I would label it
	"divine intervention".

{Ken Mischief scoops up Sim and throws him over, but Chris
manages another top rope pull-in. Steve the Insane knocks down
Perry Toxic with a big boot kick, but Dan Lea clotheslines Steve.
Sim tries to surprise Ken with a slam from behind, and gets him
up, but Ken ties himself in the ropes to keep from going over.
Dan Lea grabs Perry as he's standing, and chokeslams him.}

	[Rasputin]: Lea with a chokeslam on the weakened Perry
	Toxic!!! 

	[Stone]: Hey ... Dan's an equal-oppurtunity chokeslammer!

{Sim hits Ken Mischief with a roundhouse kick; Dan Lea drags up
Perry, and press slams him over the top.}

[Kinsman]
PERRY TOXIC HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

	[Rasputin]: THIS IS IT!!! We're down to our final four men!

{Ken Mischief and Steve the Insane kick away at Chris Sim and Dan
Lea, respectively. Dan Lea breaks off his brawl to clothesline
Steve. Mischief hauls up Sim for a slam, but Chris flips over his
shoulder; he rushes to the ropes, but Mischief nails a sidewalk
slam as he bounces off.}

	[Stone]: This is it -- Chris Sim's the smallest guy in the
	ring!!! He's simply destined to win it all!!!!

	[Rasputin]: Interesting logic ...

{Steve whips Dan to the ropes, and hits a back drop.}

	[Rasputin]:  HIGH backdrop!!! That almost eliminated Dan
	there!!!

{Ken Mischief hits a legdrop on Sim ...}

	[Rasputin]: And Steve is ALL OVER Lea with punches to the
	face ...

{Steve picks Lea up, and takes a step back ...}

	[Rasputin]: A MAFIA KICK SENDS DAN OVER!!!!

[Kinsman]
"DEVASTATING" DAN LEA HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!

{Mischief and Sim return to their feet, and Ken bodyslams Chris;
he drags Sim back to his feet, but Sim leaps up to flying mare.}

	[Rasputin]: SIM REVERSES WITH A HEADSCISSORS TAKEDOWN!!!
	Sim is really feeling it ...

{Sim whips Mischief to the ropes, and backdrops him. He drags
him back up, jumps up for a rana -- Mischief grabs him midway
and powerbombs him.}

	[Rasputin]: Stands the TroubleMaker up ... HURRICARA-- NO!
	Mischief reverses into a DEVASTATING POWERBOMB!!!

	[Johnston]: Your logic is about to be proven to be faulty,
	Paul ...

	[Rasputin]: Mischief has him up -- and Chris Sim is over!!!

[Kinsman]
"CANADIAN SENSATION" CHRIS SIM HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!

	[Rasputin]: IT'S DOWN TO TWO!!!!

{Steve closes in to Ken, and hits him with a windup punch; he
grabs Ken's head and DDTs him. Ken Mischief staggers back up,
and Steve gets between him and the corner, before lifting him
up with a waistlock and falling backwards to drop him facefirst
on the turnbuckle.}

	[Rasputin]:  Steve the Insane approaches first, and just
	ROCKS Mischief ... and THERE'S THE "FRONTAL LOBOTOMY"!!!

	[Stone]: Well, it was a nice try there, Ken -- better luck
	next year!

	[Rasputin]: The crowd is /SOLIDLY/ behind Steve the 
	Insane ... He whips Ken in ... BACKDRO-- /NO!!!/ Ken drops
	to his knees and grabs Steve's head to avoid a backdrop
	which would have assuredly sent him over!!!

	[Johnston]: You sound surprised. Ken has strength, as well
	as savvy -- as well as hunger. Tonight is Ken Mischief's
	night to make his mark in the AWI!!!

{Ken stands and kicks Steve away, then whips him into the
 ropes ...}

	[Rasputin]: SIDEWALK SLAM by the Troublemaker!!! Ken's
	lifting Steve up ... but the Insane One punches him away
	before he can be eliminated!!! 

	[Johnston]: Merely the last, desperate attempt by a beaten
	man. It won't last.

{Mischief grabs Steve and DDTs him. Both men stand, and Ken
closes in; Steve kicks him away, then pushes him into the corner
and smashes his head into the turnbuckle repeatedly.}

	[Stone]: OK, which one of those was the last, desperate
	attempt? Was it the punch, the kick, turnbuckle smash #1,
	turnbuckle smash #2, or turnbuckle smash #3? I got lost in
	my last, desperate attempts ...

{Mischief shoves him away; Steve grabs his head, steps on the
second rope ...}

	[Rasputin]: SECOND ROPE SPINNING DDT BY STEVE THE INSANE!!!!

	[Stone]: Tell Steve to stop -- I keep losing track of which
	attempt is the last, desperate one ...

	[Rasputin]: ANYWAY ... Steve cinching up for another Frontal
	Lobotomy ... MISCHIEF WITH A SPINNING BELLY-TO-BELLY!!! KEN
	MISCHIEF JUST REVERSED THE FRONTAL LOBOTOMY!!! He picks
	Steve up ... AND STEVE GOES OVER!!!! MISCHIEF COLLAPSES IN
	EXHAUSTION, BUT STEVE WENT OVER!!!

Our next contest is the first part of our double main event, for
the AWI WORLD WOMEN'S TITLE!!! Our challenger is one of the most
dominating women's wrestlers in AWI history ... she stands five
foot ten inches, and weighs one hundred seventy-eight pounds ...
she is ... TIGER Z!!!

{The exotic Asian beauty makes her way to ringside amidst crowd 
boos, and some catcalls from more unruly men.}

[Kinsmen]
Her opponent is the AWI WORLD WOMEN'S CHAMPION!!! She stands
five feet, seven inches,  and weighs one hundred thirty pounds
... she is ... THE FALLEN ANGEL!!!

{The beautiful Angel dances her way down to ringside, taking time
to flirt with some of the fans and ignore the catcalls from more
unruly men.}

	[Rasputin]: Both of these women seem intense and prepared
	for one of the most anticipated rematches in AWI history.

{The two start with a collar-and-elbow tieup; the Fallen Angel
breaks, then struts for the VERY appreciative audience. She looks
over to the Tiger, who breaks into a very appreciated pose of her
own; the Angel moves in with a flurry of punches to the face,
followed by a roundhouse kick.}

	[Johnston]: The Fallen Angel has perhaps found the only way
	she can defeat Tiger Z: remain conniving and cheat, then hope
	for a window of oppurtunity!

	[Stone]: Hey, lots of people make careers like that -- I mean,
	look at John Robertson!!!

{Fallen Angel whips Z to the ropes, bouncing off the opposite side
herself; she dropkicks Z on the rebound. Rolling to her feet, she
rushes to the other side, and leaps for a kneedrop; Z rolls aside.}

	[Rasputin]: Angel to the ropes ... KNEE DROP GETS NOTHING BUT
	MAT!!!

	[Johnston]: Perhaps the Fallen Angel should take her "John
	Robertson" lessons again, for even they are not working for
	her.

{Z stands up, and whips Angel to the ropes, catching her with a
backdrop on the return; she then drops to one knee to put a
clawlock on Angel's face.}

	[Rasputin]: HIGH backdrop!!! And now Z with the Tiger Claw
	on the AWI Women's Champion!!!

	[Stone]: Can't she do that to some other body part and leave
	the Angel's face alone? Someplace that won't mar her beauty --
	like the back of her heel or something?

	[Rasputin]: Somehow, I don't think that'd be very effective,
	Paul.

{Angel breaks out of the claw, and Tiger Z slaps her in the face.}

	[Rasputin]: Talk about your lack of respect ...

{Z drags up the Angel and whips her to the ropes, then downs her
with a bulldog lariat. She then wraps on a headlock.}

	[Johnston]: Note how Tiger Z operates so methodically: she
	moves in short bursts to minimize the Angel's oppurtunities
	to regain control ... and then grounds the Angel to cut off
	her impressive aerial arsenal. I say again: we should begin
	preperation for the second reign of Tiger Z.

{The Angel breaks the headlock. Tiger Z smacks her with a karate
chop as they return to their feet; the Angel replies with an
enziguri kick. She scrambles to the top rope, and leaps off with
a falling elbow drop. Both women return to their feet, and the
Angel scores with a roundhouse kick that knocks Z down again.
She runs to the ropes, and connects with a leg drop.}

	[Rasputin]: The Fallen Angel is in total control!!!

	[Stone]: Whew! That was a short reign for Tiger Z.

{Angel goes back up top, and jumps off, only to hit Z's knees.
Tiger Z stands up and whips the Angel to the ropes, connecting
with a dropkick on the rebound. Both women stand, and Tiger Z
throws Angel to the ropes again, this time bouncing off the
other side; the Fallen Angel ducks a clothesline, and hits one
of her one on the second pass. She pulls Tiger Z back up, and
whips her back to the ropes; Z gets the jump on her (literally)
with a bodypress.}

	[Rasputin]: Z lands a Tiger Press!!! No count, as the 
	Angel quickly kicks out...

	[Stone]: Heather, can you tell them to slow down? All I'm
	seeing is a blur of hair and bodies.

{Tiger Z chops Angel as she drags her up, then whips her to the
ropes; Angel knocks her down with a dropkick on the rebound. She
lets Z stand, only to send her back to the mat with an enziguri.
Tiger Z gets back up, and the Angel fires off a roundhouse kick;
Z grabs her hair to slow her down ...}

	[Rasputin]: Head referee Curtis Keyes trying to break that
	up ... Z gets behind her -- GERMAN SUPLEX!!! 1 ... but the
	Angel is quickly up!!!

	[Johnston]: Again, Tiger Z is proving herself to be the
	superior tactician: she's doing whatever's necessary to stop
	the Angel's momentum -- and getting frequent pins she'll
	need to win this one!!!

	[Rasputin]: Only one pin really counts, Alliyah, and that's
	the final one.

{Tiger Z chops Angel again, and whips her back into the ropes;
the Fallen Angel hops into a handspring on the return, nailing
Z with an elbow.}

	[Rasputin]: The Fallen Angel out of NOWHERE with a
	handspring elbow which stuns the Asian Beauty ...

{The Fallen Angel sets Tiger Z onto the top rope, then leaps up
to pull her down with a super hurricarana.}

	[Rasputin]: THERE'S THE FALL!!! Z's down and hurting ...
	the Angel covers: 1 ... 2 ... KICKOUT BY Z!!!

	[Johnston]: Tiger Z simply refuses to lose. Everything else
	the Fallen Angel attempts to slow her down with will merely
	fuel Z's desire to regain the Women's Title.

	[Stone]: You know, you're /REALLY/ starting to sound like
	Tiger Z's publicist or something.

	[Rasputin]: The Fallen Angel now with a karate chop--
	WAITAMINUTE!!! DO YOU SEE THAT!!!

{The camera shows Sarah Victory, standing intently.}

	[Rasputin]: What could Sarah Victory want down here? 

	[Johnston]: Can a woman not scout out a potential opponent
	without raising the ire of every wrestling fan in the
	building?

	[Stone]: Of course not -- since she has to interfere.
	Stone's First Law: Any match involving a female wrestler
	must include interference by at least two other womn in the
	locker room.

	[Rasputin]: ANYWAY ... the Angel whips Z into the corner --
	and UNLOADS with punches!!!! 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 4 ... 5 ... 6
	... 7 ... 8 ... 9 ... 10!!!!!

	[Stone]: Hey -- you don't need to be messing up her pretty
	face, either!!! Hit her somewhere which won't reduce her
	beauty ... like the back of her hand or something!!!

	[Rasputin]: I don't think your desire for cheap thrills is
	going to reduce their aggressiveness, Paul.

	[Stone]: These aren't cheap thrills -- if I didn't work for
	the AWI, front row tickets to this would have been kinda
	expensive!!!

{The Angel hops off the ring ropes; Z manages to sweep out her
legs, dropping her against the ropes. She then grabs her by the
hair and tosses her over.}

	[Rasputin]: The Fallen Angel steps down now -- and Z with
	a legsweep during this opening!!!! A forward toss sends
	the Angel HARD outside the ring!!!

	[Johnston]: Right into, to paraphrase the saying, "No
	Woman's Land"!

{Tiger Z follows outside, and tries to whip the Angel into the
ring railing; the Angel reverses it, and scurries back into the
ring. She jumps on the top rope, and leaps off with a splash.}

	[Rasputin]: PLANCHA SPLASH ONTO TIGER Z!!!!!!!!

	[Stone]: See -- they can do damaging moves that leave their
	faces intact!!! Then again ... I think she just splashed
	Z's stomach so hard it's now behind her kidneys ... but
	that's not the point!!!! 

{The Angel rolls Tiger Z into the ring, and climbs the corner;
she leaps off with a senton.}

	[Rasputin]: The Angel with the cover ... and AGAIN no
	count!!! The Fallen Angel /MUST/ be getting frustrated!!!

	[Johnston]: Of course she is feeling frustrated. She is
	trying to defeat a woman that refuses to be stopped. That,
	in itself, is a frustrating experience.

{The Angel chops Z, then drops a leg on her. She drags Z back
up and pushes her into the corner, unloading a flurry of
punches. She sets Z back on the turnbuckle, and jumps up for
a second super hurricarana; she quickly scrambles back up top
herself, and jumps off with a twisting somersault legdrop.}

	[Rasputin]: ANOTHER OF "THE FALL"!!!! Tiger Z is hurting
	as the Fallen Angel heads back up top... AND NAILS THE
	ANGELSAULT GUILLOTINE!!! 1 ... 2 ... SHE GOT HER!!!!

[Kinsman]
The winner of this match... and /STILL/ AWI WORLD WOMEN'S 
CHAMPION... THE FALLEN ANGEL!!!
 
	[Rasputin]: Incredibly hard match from both competitors!
	The Angel sees Sarah Victory -- but Victory merely walks
	back to the locker room. Fans, I understand that our
	World Champion is standing by with some comments -- let's
	see what he has to say.

{Cut to the Syndicate locker room. John Robertson is sitting on a
bench, the World Title belt in his lap. Intensive Care is off to
the side.}

[John Robertson]
So, here we are, Greg. You've let your ego and fans lead you
astray once again. You wanted this title, and you wanted it
easily ... so you tried to ensure that Danny Boy retained it. You
failed and raised my ire. You listened to the fans and challenged
me to a match, both of us knowing full well that you cannot beat
me. You have chosen poorly. 

Why is it you insist on letting the fans control your career? You 
see what doing what's best for me, not what's best for the fans, 
has done for me? Sure, I may be booed now, but they're the 
hypocrites. They're the egotists. They're the people with the 
double standard. Greg, you do what they tell you to -- and you 
know what will happen the second you do something for yourself, 
not for them. 

So your desire to hear cheers, not boos, has brought you to this
... challenging me to a match you cannot win. But you see Greg, I
don't want to just beat you, I want to humiliate you. After what 
you tried to pull -- I will destroy you Greg. You will--

{Suddenly he stops, a thought obviously having just come to him.
He gets up, and walks over to Mike Kirwan.}

[Robertson]
Mike, the Doc isn't here, so I think it's high time we get this
thing settled.

{Kirwan ignores Robertson. Smith seems to be engrossed in the
"Captain Zoom" comic book he's reading.}

[Robertson]
Where the hell do /YOU/ get off dictating where or when /I/
will wrestle? If I'm going to go up against one of those
weak-willed, no-dignity ex-friends of mine, I want it on /MY/
terms, not theirs. Maybe I should talk War Machine out of
wrestling tonight in exchange for you being in a cage
handcuffed, shackled and gagged in there with him, McGill,
Piersall and the Honor Guard. Yeah, that seems somehow
appropriate right now.

{Kirwan rises and stands in JR's face, but Robertson doesn't
back down yet.}

[Robertson]
You want something? Get out of my face or step up, but don't
waste my time. You see this belt here? {holds up the title} This
says I can kick the {*beep*} out of anyone in the fed one-on-one.
That includes you, Kirwan -- and don't think I won't, because
I've had it with your {*beep*}.

{Dr. Robert Lupo enters the dressing room, a scowl upon his face
upon seeing the Kirwan/Robertson confrontation. Very conspicuous
by his absence is Little Vincent.}

[Dr. Lupo]
ENOUGH! Robertson, for some reason every time I'm around you my
blood pressure goes up. Let me remind you that Mike has been with
me since day one -- I suggest that you treat any of his actions
as you would treat any of MY actions. Now, is there something you
want to say to me about the upcoming Honor Guard/Intensive Care
match?

{Smith puts down his comic book to stick his tongue out at
Roberston; a distinct Bronx cheer can be heard. Robertson backs
down, and turns towards the lockers.}

[Robertson]
{heavily sarcastic} Of course not, Doc, why would there be?

{He slings his belt into the corner and slumps down to the floor,
leaning against the lockers.}

[Lupo]
Good. Intensive Care has ALWAYS taken care of business, and this
match will be no exception -- Honor Guard, I hope you boys are
ready to be in our service.

[Robertson]
So, what's Vincent up to?

[Lupo]
Vincent has put in his time here in the AWI and has decided to
try and focus on his in-ring career -- unfortunately, this will
take him elsewhere for the time being.

[Robertson]
Ok, cool. So who's replacing him?

[Lupo]
You let me worry about that--just concern yourself with your
title defense tonight.

[Robertson]
I'm sick of this {*beep*}! I'm just the {*beep*} World champion!
Why the hell am I perpetually kept in the damn dark about every
{*beep*} little thing?!?!?!?

[Dr. L]
{staring at Robertson} John, my patience with you is wearing
thin. The Syndicate got you that belt, and they can just as
easily remove it from you. War Machine is a man I have no love
for ... but he is capable in the ring -- and I'm fairly sure he
can take you without breaking a sweat. The only reason no one
else has so far is because of ME. Now, I suggest you get your
act together, and quickly. You know I'm a busy man, John. I just
may find other uses for my time during your match tonight.

[Rasputin]

[Stone]

[Rasputin]
PAUL!!!!

[Stone]
Okay, okay. But I still wouldn't take that.

[Kinsman]
The following contest is for one fall, with a twenty minute 
time limit -- for the AWI WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!!! Our challenger
hails from Usa, Japan ... he stands SEVEN FEET, ONE INCH tall,
and weighs in at three hundred eighty pounds ... he is a former
AWI North American champion ... he is ... "THE WAR MACHINE"
GREG GARDNER!!!!

{"War Pigs" by Faith No More kicks in, as the War Machine makes 
his way to ringside, with a near crowd explosion marking his 
entrance.}

[Kinsman]
His opponent is the /CURRENT/ AWI WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!!!
He hails from Sweetwater, Texas ... is a member of THE SYNDICATE
... stands six feet, one inch, and weighs two hundred thirty-nine
pounds ... accompanied to the ring by his manager, DR. LUPO, he
is ... JOHN ROBERTSON!!!!

{"An Ode To No One" by Smashing Pumpkins keys up, and the crowd 
explodes into boos for the AWI World Champion. He scowls at the
fans, but you can cut the tension between Robertson and Dr. Lupo.}

	[Rasputin]: Both men circling for what must be one of the
	most anticipated showdowns in AWI history...

	[Stone]: And one of the shortest: remember, Robertson says
	he'll beat Gardner in 15 seconds.

{Robertson sends Gardner to the mat with a drop toehold, and
quickly slides into a leglace. Gardner breaks free, and John
rolls him over to lock on an inside toehold. Gardner pushes him
away with the free leg, and stands up; Robertson stuns him with
a forearm, then rolls him into a small package.}

	[Rasputin]: Quick pin by Robertson!!! 1 ... but the
	Machine's quickly out!!!

	[Johnston]: This is the John Robertson which became World
	champion -- he is wrestling circles around the War Machine,
	and Gardner can do nothing to stop it!!!

	[Stone]: That's good and all -- but I think his fifteen
	seconds are up. Maybe he meant 15 football seconds ... or
	15 seconds at the end of a basketball game, when they're
	running all of the commercials.

{Robertson hits Gardner with another forearm, then jumps up to
hit him with a dropkick that only staggers the giant; Gardner
shakes off the hit, and scoops him up for a bodyslam. He lets
Robertson stand back up, whips him to the ropes, and drives him
into the mat with a high elevation sidewalk slam.}

	[Rasputin]: Gardner with the SkyWalk Slam!!! The War
	Machine's in total control!!! He ... rolls outside the
	ring?!?!

	[Stone]: Maybe he's doing a Ken Mischief imitation. 

{Gardner grabs a microphone from the announcer's table.}

[Gardner]
{shouting} Hey, John!!! Your 15 seconds are up!!! Where's Plan
B, huh?

{Gardner rolls back into the ring, and Robertson catches him
with a shot to the eyes, then clotheslines him.}

	[Rasputin]: John Robertson with a cheapshot, and he's got
	Gardner down for the mome-- WHAT THE HELL?!?

>>AISLE<<
{A /BIG/ guy, at least seven foot plus tall is running to
ringside; the guy is wearing a suit EXACTLY like War Machine,
except all of the colors are inverted (black instead of white,
etc.).}

	[Rasputin]: Robertson with a knee drop on War Machine ...
	NOBODY HOME!!! War Machine whips Robertson into corner ...
	AND THE BIG MAN JUST CLOTHESLINED Gardner from behind!
	Referee Curtis Keyes calls for the bell, as "Plan B"
	delivers HARD spinebuster to the War Machine!!!

	[Johnston]: He did ask where his back-up was. Be careful
	what you wish for, Gardner.

{The new man drags Gardner back up, but Gardner drives him back
with a series of forearm smashes; he whips the mystery giant
into the ropes, and nails the high elevation sidewalk slam.}

	[Rasputin]: SKYWALK SLAM!!! Robertson rolls himself and
	"Plan B" out ... they're headed to the back ... let's get
	an official word.

[Kinsman]
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH, BY 
DISQUALIFICATION: "THE WAR MACHINE" GREG GARDNER!!! However,
the AWI World Title can /NOT/ change hands on a countout or 
disqualification. Therefore, JOHN ROBERTSON IS /STILL/ THE AWI 
WORLD CHAMPION!!!

{Assorted chants of "BULL-SH*T!!! BULL-SH*T!!! break out.}

	[Rasputin]: This crowd is /NOT/ happy over that ending ...
	and neither is that man standing in the ring. Wait a minute
	-- I'm understanding that Chad Duncan has caught up to the
	Syndicate in the back.

{Cut to Chad Duncan, trying to run-down Lupo, Robertson, and 
"Plan B".}

[Duncan]
Dr. Lupo -- Dr. Lupo, may I get a word? Can you give some kind
of explanation for what happened tonight?

[Dr. Lupo]
It's rather simple, Mr. Duncan. You see, the Syndicate has plans
for the title around Robertson's waist. Expansive plans. And we
simply cannot allow ANYONE, even somebody like Greg Gardner, to
interfere with those plans.

Time was, Gardner, there would have been a place for you in our
organization. You're driven, you know what you want, and you
don't mind getting your hands dirty to get it. But you seem to
have developed an unhealthy sense of conscience of late. And
worse than that, you've decided to interfere in the affairs of
the Syndicate.

So the War Machine won't be a part of the Syndicate -- but the
Syndicate WILL have its War Machine. But not just any war
machine. It's a blast from the past, literally, Gardner --
you're looking at the terror that unified Italy, that scorched
across Savoy, Genoa, and Florence, that first put Sicily on the
map. Say hello to Ballista, AWI. And say goodbye to your next
of kin.

{Chad starts to say something else, but Ballista steps in front
and firmly moves Chad away from the Doctor in a manner very
similar to Little Vincent's MO, then escorts Lupo to the back.}
