"This week's questions"
Branding kyna talked to several girls she knows who have either been branded (real life) or will be soon. the consensus is to check out several state certified PROFESSIONAL(and kyna cannot stress that enough) branders in your area. they usually work out of a body art shop(i.e. tattooing, piercing, scarification places of business). kyna has heard that the price largely depends upon the number of 'strikes', or how many times the brander applies the metal to the skin to create the desired design. so the price will be higher the more intricate the design is. branding can be very dangerous. it can even be lethal. this is the reason that we strongly recommend professionals. study, learn and educate yourself on branding before you allow any heated metal to touch your skin. branding is a permanent scar upon your skin you will wear forever. a brand is only removable by laser surgery which is much more expensive than the brand in the first place! so be prepared to live with this mark for the rest of your life. brands take a long time to heal (up to six months...no cyber healing the next day!) but apparently, the pain is more psychological than physical. kyna was told that it only hurts initially, long enough for the nerves to burn away, it is not like a surface burn, the burn is much deeper. while it is healing, the keloiding takes place, or the 'raised scars' appear. apparently, the darker your skin tone, the better you will keloid. many Masters chose to tattoo instead of brand their girl for marking purposes. tattooing is a good alternative for marking property. the array of colors to choose from alone is an added incentive. it is also easier to locate a reputable, state certified tattoo artist than it is to locate a like brander. just food for thought :) kyna has seen some beautiful tattoo 'brandings' that Masters have marked their girls with. there are many wonderful websites on branding. one that is recommended is Master Fakir Musafar's page. He is one of the best branders/body artists in the world and holds classes on branding. at His website you will find an email address and a telephone number. kyna has been told that the serious who contact Him will be replied to, by Him or His Free Companion :) below you will find some web addresses for such branding information. kyna hopes she has helped a bit with the explanations of branding, and wishes you well in your search :) be careful, be smart, and good luck!
nairi researched the books for kyna on this question and this is what she came up with: This slave can recall no specific mention of bisexuality. There is however one instance worth mention, in which Ivar Forkbeard sends two girls scurrying to his furs.
So it seems that Ivar Forkboard was being pleased by two slaves simultaneously, with no mention, however, of the two slaves making any sort of gestures toward each other. Most intriguing, though, is the seeming incidence of a Master who holds great love for a male slave. This takes place in Magicians of Gor. After several references to the fact that Appanius has no interest in the 'use' of female slaves, one has to wonder if something rather subtle is being stated in the following:
Although nothing specific is stated, it seems the Master of Milo, Appanius, has more than just a casual interest in his slave. All indications are this could likely have been a homosexual relationship. so there is no (direct)reference to bisexuality in the Gor books. that of course does not make it 'not Gorean', for being Gorean is also being human. it seems to be largely up to the preferences of the one that Owns the girl(s). this girl went to two Masters with this subject and here are some of the quotes she got from them concering slaves and bisexuality:
kyna asks this question; if it pleases your Master that you stand on your head are you going to do it? kyna would hope so. there are no references in the books to that, so does that make it not Gorean? hmmmm.... we do what is pleasing to our Masters, because it pleases them that we do so. THAT is Gorean :) (kyna thanks Master Bear- and Master _Marcus_ for their time and quotes :) )
keeping those definitions in mind, kyna would like to add what is 'correct' is to serve your Master, or any Master the way He wishes. what is correct is to please the Master you serve. vaginal 'mucus' is not the term kyna would use, she much prefers the term 'sweetness', but then again, that is just this slave. some advice, don't coat the goblet(serving vessel) with vaginal 'mucus' unless you know the Master enjoys that, *and* unless you are prepared to please Him sexually after that serve :)
The most extensive references to Bazi tea are made in Tribesmen of Gor, book number ten. Mention of it begins early in the book, when the caravans of goods which are taken to the oases of the Tahari are described.
As a means of signifying how important the tea is to the inhabitants of the Tahari,
The most detailed description of the tea and how it's prepared is found beginning on Page 139:
Perhaps most interesting to note among the descriptions of services, is the mention that in the homes of several characters, Bazi tea was not the beverage served. In these homes the more elaborate service of blackwine seems to be preferred. Although Bazi tea is mentioned in several other books, if nothing else as a choice of beverage, the most detail regarding the actual service of the tea was presented in Tribesmen of Gor. kyna, meara and nairi wish you well!
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Heat candy coating in a 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Dip 12 pretzels, one at a time, into melted candy coating; shake off excess. Arrange with sides touching in a circle on the cookie sheet. Dip 12 more pretzels, one at a time, into melted candy coating. Arrange on top of pretzel circle, so that each pretzel in the second layer overlaps 2 pretzels in the first layer. Repeat until wreath is 4 layers high. Brush melted candy coating over any uncovered spots on pretzels, using back of spoon. While candy coating is still wet, arrange candies on top of wreath. Cut Fruit Roll-up lengthwise in half. Tie a bow with one half (save other half for another use). Cut notches in ends of bow with scissors if desired. Press bow onto wreath. Let dry. 12 servings
