The Civ 2 Modpack, Scenario and Mapp
This project-under-development is the result of an idea I had when playing a scenario in Civilisation 2. I thought "Is there a 'Jingo' scenario? And if not, why, I'll make one!" How foolish I was. After a platonic email correspondance with Leo 'Barium' Barasi, discussing ideas and names, I felt I could give it a go... here is the result and blurb.
