Literally meaning 'Child of the Djel' (say it out loud!), Djelibeybi is the main setting of Pyramids. A river country that is a mere crack between Tsort and Ephebe, Djelibeybi is famed for its pyramids, and is also a place of many gods. The latest king of Djelibeybi was Teppic, a.k.a. Teppicymon VIII, trained as an assassin in Ankh-Morpork, where he learned about plumbing and feather beds... dangerous when you have an old priest around who's set in his ways.
