The 6th starship to bear the name, Enterprise-E was under the command of Capt. Picard and his crew in Star Trek: First Contact, and after 1 year in space, they had to face the Borg. The Enterprise-E was partialy assimilated into a Borg vessel, and it is assumed she spent several weeks (possibly even months) in spacedock for repairs thereafter.
