The shooting script of Dimension's ``Scream 3'' is being kept so secretive by director Wes Craven that cast members only see pages the night before they shoot, and scenes sometimes stop in the middle so that the identity of the killer is kept secret. But if it's not clear how the plot is thickening, the cast sure is. Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox are back, and Parker Posey is starring. New additions are Patrick Dempsey, Lance Henriksen and Emily Mortimer. The latter is an unusual casting, since she is a British stage-trained actress whose recent credits include ``Notting Hill'' and the miniseries ``Noah's Ark,'' as well as the upcoming Kenneth Branagh musical ``Love's Labour's Lost.'' She recently signed with ICM's Nick Styne and Carter Cohn and took ``Scream 3'' as her first big U.S. job. She's managed by David Adamson, while Dempsey's repped by CAA and managed by Joni Burstein and Henriksen by Innovative Artists. No other news
