| I had a phenomenal experience
18 years ago on my 18th birthday. Only today, by reading
a book, did I realize what it is called. The book
mentioned Ouija and, not knowing what it that meant, I
consulted the internet. I had a party with some friends and one of them suggested to play this "game". He lay out the letters of the alphabet and the numbers 0 to 9 in a circle. Then he took a wineglass, turned it upside down and had some of us touch it with their fingers. By candlelight (to make it more exciting) he started to ask, if "he" can hear us. After not too long, the glass slowly started to move. In time it went faster and faster and real words and sentences were formed!! A few of us became obsessed and it was so easy to get this thing moving. In the end it was just me touching the glass with my index finger. I do not remember most of the questions asked, but one certainly got stuck into my mind ever since. It was August and I knew that my sister in law was pregnant. I asked for the exact date when the baby would be born. The answer was March 5th, clearly spelled out. That night I was the only one there who knew about her condition . A couple of month later, the baby was born, just as predicted, on March 5th!!! I would have never believed in it before. I cannot explain why this glass moved so readily, came up with answers which turned out to be right! In all that time I told only a very few people about this experience. I have never "played" it since. Today, I finally found out what it is called and hope I can somehow experience it again. |
