If you'd like to write your story in the standard HTML format, do as follows:
In Internet Explorer,
either follow this link then click on "File" (top left hand corner) and then "Edit with Microsoft FrontPage Editor" (to write your story immediately) or,
right click here then click on "Save Target as ...".
In Netscape Navigator,
either follow this link and then click on "Open in Composer" (to write your story immediately) or,
right click here and then click on "Save Link as ..." to work on it later.
Finally, save your file on your hard-drive, then attach it to an email to skeptika@yahoo.com. Then I'll just do the normal editing check and post it.
Otherwise, just send me your story as an email.
