14 May (Friday) (cont'd)

Skye is beautiful beyond words.  Very green.  Lots of sheep.  Incredible to just sit back and look at as we drove through.  We stopped at an inn at Sligachan for a drink, then stopped at the beach at Glen Brittle.  The Cuillin mountains are very impressive -- huge, imposing granite.  The beach was beautiful too.  We finally got into Dunvegan in the late afternoon, and decided to just wander around a bit.  There's not much to Dunvegan itself building-wise, but it certainly has its beauty.
