Caraighan Ninpucho
Sitter for the Blue Ajah & Head of the Blue Ajah Eyes and Ears
Born in the port of Allorallen, in Jaramide, and a distant relative of
the royal house, she would have been trained as all Jaramide women had
she not manifested her spark at an extremely young age. She was allowed
to enroll in Novice studies at the age of 12, against the better judgment
of the Mistress of Novices, but in 2 years was allowed to test for Accepted
and passed. Strong in the One Power (not nearly so strong as Nynaeve,
but maybe a match for Elayne or Egwene) she was raised to the shawl 4 years
later....an unheard of age to be raised, and quite possibly one of the
youngest ever. Her Talents are varied, but she is strongest in working
the weather, and heals as well as a Yellow.
Caraighan is hot-tempered for a Blue, and has been taken to task for
it many times. Being a Sitter and coordinator for her Ajah's eyes
and ears, she is almost always in Tar Valon, but she often feels restless
and longs to travel as she did before her election as Sitter. Caraighan
has one Warder , Kaijin Ninpucho ( born in Mafal Dadaranell, Aramaelle),
and as he resides with her in her Tower apartments, and they share the
same last name, according to all sources they are married, and most regard
them as so.....
