Description			Background
Although physically weakest of the animal lords, Phineus has a great military mind and is an excellent strategist. He and his forces are often overlooked until it is too late. Tries to avoid direct confrontation but will not turn from it if it is required. Phineus' human form is short and wiry. His pointy nose and moustache are reminiscent of his animal form. His hair is pulled back into a pony tail to keep it out of his eyes but strands often struggle free to give him a more disheveled appearance. His most alarming feature are his piercing, dark eyes. Those who have met the Rat King say that they feel he knows them so well that he knows what they will do before they act. Phineus is quite proud of this vest made of the hides of various cat's who have annoyed him over his life.			Like many of his brethren, Phineus is a being chosen to rule over a branch of the animal kingdom. Although most look down upon his breed, he couldn't be happier. He feels that strength comes in numbers and wisdom rather than might and muscle. At first, the other animal lords overlooked him when making alliances but they soon realized their error. Phineus and his rats not only managed to stir up a rebellion in the powerful Cat Lord's camp but Phineus bested the mighty Elephant Lord in single combat. Although he has made some enemies in his past, he has also gained the respect of his peers.
