Description			Background
Takes the human form of an old man approximately 78 years old. Has long, radiant, flowing hair and a beard. Wears white clothing with a royal blue robe. Everyone seems to get along with him and likes him. Tries to live in peace and serve his people.			Governor of a town in the sky only known among Platinum Dragons. Rules from afar and looks for tired Platinum Dragons to show them a place of peace and rest. Vaticus barely escaped destruction when Ungoliant decimated his retreat. Unfortunately, all the other platinum dragons under his care were killed. After his former comrades-in-arms helped to drive Ungoliant back into the Void, Vaticus has begun to rebuilt his sanctuary and restore the peace it once knew.
