The Experience Table is fairly self explanatory. Each character starts at level 1 with 30 Skill Points to spend and no additional Attribute points beyond what they are given by their race. To reach level 2, the character must earn 150 Experience points. They would then receive 3 Attribute points and 8 Skill points to spend as they wish. At 300 EXP, the character reaches level 3, receiving 5 more ATT and 12 more Skill points, etc. etc. The last two columns are to help GMs when creating realistic NPC characters. Instead of having to add all the ATT and Skill points for higher level characters, they can look at the Sum columns. For example, when creating a level 5 NPC, the GM can look at the Sum columns to see that they would have 22 ATT and 86 Skill points.
