Description: Nimbus was created by the combined efforts of the two gold dragons who advise the Sky Council and 8 powerful Neo-Human mages (3 of which still serve on the Sky Council). It was designed to be a city of refuge and solitude for the Neo-Humans. It serves both as a haven against prejudice against the Neo-Humans and as a retreat for the Neo-Humans to distance themselves from those they feel inferior. Tourists and adventurers will be treated kindly but often looked upon as children in need of supervision. However, the residents rarely allow visitors to make a permanent home and will firmly make their wishes known if one starts to settle down. The city itself is highly ornate and built to enhance the affects of the sun rays and the winds. Most of the architecture is built of shiny and reflective materials providing for quite a dazzling display when the sun is just right.

Description: Toarious is a village in the foothills of Yeggli and the only known home of a race of Boar men. It is rumored that they were a genetic experiement of Sauron's that failed because they were too stupid even for Sauron's army. Apparently, they were exiled from Khaz Modan and this secluded area in Yeggli was the only place where they would be left alone. They keep to themselves and don't like outsiders but will occassionally tolerate them long enough to steal their possessions. In Toarious, the only laws is might makes right. There are very few organized shops or services and any structures that are built are usually in poor repair.

Name: Arborlon

Country: Yeggli

Population Type: Mostly High Elves, but all races of elves can be found here.

Population: 75,000

Ruler: Ander Elessidil

Allies: All creatures of good alignment are welcome

Enemies: Orcish Horde

Safety Level: High

Terrain: Mountains

General Alignment: Good

Government: Monarchy

Military: Arborlon is an ancient Elven fortress built thousands of years ago in the Breakline Mountains, on the border of the Drey Wood. The city is surrounded by sheer cliffs and mountains on three sides, and the Rill Song river on the other side. Many Elven scholars believe Arborlon was the first permanent Elven settlement, built to protect the roaming Elf tribes from the Troll and Gnome armies of the North. It still serves as a haven in times of war, but also has a strong political and commercial foundation due to its central location in Yeggli. Due to its primary role as a city of defense, Arborlon maintains a large standing army of around 10,000 Elven warriors, highly trained by General Pindanon and equipped with the finest equipment and weapons available. An additional force of around 100 warriors comprise the Home Guard, peerless elite troops who are sworn to protect the Elessidil family with their lives. The Home Guard is led and hand-picked by Captain Kerrin. Arborlon does not rely totally on its army for defense, however. The city itself was built with the cooperation of a neighboring Dwarf nation. These same Dwarves are believed to be the ancestors of the Dwarves of the Iron Hills. With the aid of the Dwarves, Arborlon raised thick walls and blocked all possible entrance except one. This is a series of bridges and ramps called the Elfitch, that crosses the Rill Song River and steadily climbs the cliffs and crosses the chasms into the city. In times of peace, the Elfitch is open to all who have business in Arborlon, but in times of war it is nearly a fortress in itself. Every ramp and bridge was its own gatehouse, with several thick gates and portcullises and its own compliment of guards. In the unlikely case that the gatehouses are overrun, the ramps and bridges are rigged to collapse with the removal of hidden pins. Many a screaming horde of Orcs have plummeted to their deaths when, charging across a simple looking ramp, meet a company of grinning Elves cheerfully yanking the pins out of the ramp. Ballistas, catapults, archers and vats of boiling oil dot the thick walls at regular intervals.

Military: Strong; 600 Footman, 800 Archers; 300 War Mages; 3 Elven Battle Ships; 12 Elven Destroyers

Magic Level: Good

Economy: Average; Due to the high population of military forces, the town can't quite produce enough food to sustain it's people. Therefore, Serren depends heavily on imports from surrounding cities. Luckily, Serren's neighbors realize that the city is there for their protection as well and grant them discounts on most imported goods.

Thieves Guild:

Notable Residents:

Description: Serren is a coastal city located in Southern Yeggli. It originated as a military outpost and was mainly populated by a minimal guard and their families along with a few frontiersman. However, during the Great War versus the Orcish Horde, Serren became a major target to the Horde so they could use it as a staging ground for attacks into the interior of Yeggli. The original garrison stationed there was ransacked and overrun in a surprise attack. During the course of the war, the Elven army regained the town and immediately began fortifying it's defenses. Due to the new castle built there and a large occupying force, the town was never captured again. After the War, the Elves decided to keep a fairly large force present at Serren. Merchants from surrounding cities found that soldiers need goods and services too and thus, has grown quite rapidly in the past few years. Even though the city still maintains an air of a military outpost, it has all the fineries that most city folk expect. The regular citizens are quite proud of the fact that they pushed the Horde off their shores and will gladly share the tales of their (or their relatives ) part in that battle. Unfortunately, this same pride is beginning to be taken to an extreme and trader's are less inclined to peddle their wares there.

To all but native Valorians, it is nearly impossible (and extremely dangerous) to navigate it's twisting corridors. Jagged rocks and sudden precipices abound and traps that are obvious only to the locals are littered throughout. The last invading force of Duergar Dwarves was decimated as they became lost and Valorian forces seemed to appear from nowhere. Most of the residents have a very negative attitude towards outsiders. For the most part, they are not particularly evil, just feel that they are superior to all others. The good of the surface world can be sacrificed so they can reach their goals and maintain their way of life
