X-Men #95 (12/99) - Still reeling from the infiltration of the Skrull Wolverine into the X-team, the X-Men devise a plan to return the favor. A Skrull disguised as Havok goes to Polaris' apartment and kidnaps her, taking her back to their base. However, soon it is revealed that Polaris is actually Cyclops with an image inducer. The rest of the X-Men, having followed the kidnapper right to the Skrull base, attack. During the battle, Death shows up and the X-Men try to take him down once again, succeeding in smashing his mask. Underneath is Wolverine! He is able to escape as the bomb he carries with him detonates.
