Chess.NetQuestion 5: What is the official standardized policy sanction for repeat offenders?

Answer: There is no single, uniform policy. Again the response depends on the seriousness of the infraction and what the previous history of the user was. We do not condone 'cheating' however, and usually the minimum sanction will be to put the account on the (C) list or abuser list (depending on the infraction). If the user insists on creating other accounts with which to continue his cheating, he/she may be banned from the server.
