where I've had to change something, I've indicated the change and the
reason within the script.

There are a lot of spacenoids who hate the fact that the Federation
rules them from below on Earth. Londo Bell goes to investigate and the
civilians will cover for Char.
Amuro:
There shouldn't be a second wave - I'll go now. If all goes well, we
can hit Char before he enters Sweetwater.
[He takes off and arrives at the Anaheim Electronics plant.]
Chein:
Did you know that Anaheim is building Neo-Zion mobile suits as well?!

This is the history that gave birth to these refugees.
