The Earth is running out resources and a family, the Robinson family, is selected to find another planet to colonize. Onboard the ship is the bad guy, agent Dr. Smith who sabotages the mission. The ship makes a hyper-space jump and now no one knows where they are. The people on "Jupiter 2" must figure out a way to get back home, because they are now lost in the big space!
