Here we see the crew filming the Lucky Boy sign using a camera mounted on a crane. The spinning sign isn't part of the Lucky Boy hamburger joint. The crew constructed it for the episode.
Here's a longer shot of the above picture. We can also see the tents that cover the monitors. Kim Manners is in there somewhere.
This is the sign on top of the restaurant. Under the word 'Hamburgers' is a sign that says "Over 100 Locations." This was also added by the crew.
The Lucky Boy sign on the wall adjacent to the parking lot.
Extras - The Lucky Boy employees. The phone booth to the left is a prop and doesn't actually work. The newspaper stands were all replaced with fictional newspaper titles.
The Drive-Thru window and the victim's car. This is where the teaser takes place.
A camera was on the scaffold filming Shark Boy's POV of the garbage truck approaching his apartment building. A fake wall was used as the interior of his apartment. This picture shows the crew taking down the scaffolding.
Here you can see the dead lady's head sticking out of the garbage can. She was actually the stunt double.
One of the five times she was dumped into the trash truck. It was really hard to see her. Hopefully they got a good shot.
The garbage truck.
Filming the body getting dumped from above.
A longer shot of the above picture. You can also see a lot of crew and equipment.
Shark Boy's apartment building.
A souvenir from the set. This was a wardrobe tag from one of the cops uniforms. We tried to return it to the head wardrobe guy, who we'd become friends with, but he wasn't interested.
