Profile: The big brother of Cobal and Pascal. While Pascal is the artist, Cobal the engineer, Vortran is the mathematician behind the circuits. Devotes his life to the service of technology and Autobot society. He is formal, serious, and exact. Logic is his basis for decision, as he strives to eliminate doubt in every form. Must have facts to work with, not stipulation. Theories must be plausible, but beliefs are out of the question. Some may think Vortran is little more than a sophisticated adding machine. But he has a friendly emotional side. He listens and tries to be fair. he can relate to Pascal the best, simply because both share the same feeling: isolation because of their super talents. "Little sister" Pascal is perhaps the only one who truly understands Vortran.
Abilities: Vortran can transform into one of the most efficient reasoning computers. His capacity is rivalled only by Computron and Cerebro. Powermaster Flashpoint fulfills all his power needs. He can rig a working computer algorithm in seconds. In battle he carries disc bots, magnetic scrambler ray, and a selection of other experimental weapons. Electron particle thrower casts beams of piercing Em radiation that can pinpoint a 3 ft hole in a block of lead.
Weaknesses: Vortran's devotion to logic causes him to be susceptible to shutdown in unexpected situations. If math or logic cannot explain it, Vortran is a bit hard pressed to be creative, and relies upon his other siblings for help.
