Speed Traps Motorist Going to Collect Speed Trap

A German motorist going to collect a police radar warning device was caught driving at more than 100 miles an hour (160 kph), almost twice as fast as a 60-mile speed limit, police in the western town of Tuebingen said Wednesday. "It turned out that he was on his way to pick up new speed monitoring equipment for his home town, which it seems he will evidently need," the police said in a statement.
