Info: I hope you kept this vest! The new V3 gear doesn't come with a back vest, but it does have an accessory port. I plugged in one of my old back vests, and it worked right with the V3 vests.

Info: This gun is different. It still supports the single shot/rapid shot. It has a light on the back part of the gun (no front light) And that light is in a button which activates a max blast. To activate Team A mode, hold down the Arm button and turn it on, with or without sound. For Team B, do the same except instead of the Arm button, hold down the reset button. As for the lock on feature, it emmits a constant stream of IR, letting your opponent know you have your gun targeted on them. Unfortunately, it doesn't let YOU know if you are or not (unless you can here the sound from their vest). Your opponents vest beeps about once a sec to let them know they're locked on to.

Info: This vest is different. It still has the three 5-sec blast shields. The button is the light (on the V2 gear it is about the same place). You strap it on just like an original vest, and just like the original it doesn't come with a back vest, BUT it supports the original back vest. I'm sure they'll make a fancy back vest for it too though. To enable the A team option, hold down the blast shield button and turn it on, to enable B team, there is a button on the back with a no sound/Team B label. Hold this in and turn it on (the Teams don't work with the V2 ELS computer). For silent, when you turn on the vest, push the button on the back to disable the sound (then only sound I've discovered is the max blast alert sound), do the same to turn the sound back on.

Info: This is a neat addition to the V2 set. The only thing really different is the Team A/B feture which enables Lock on. You have to have an original back vest in order to have a back vest, but I predict they'll probably come out with back vests for these soon. If you want a new vest and new gun to expand your V2 arsenal, get this. If you're starting out fresh, I recomend... yes... V2.
