BREFING about AREA51

Behind miles of barren desert and barbed wire, warning sings and a camouflaged security force lies the Nellis Bombing and Gunnery Range. Inside this Air Force Base 130 miles north of Las Vegas, lies the dry Groom lake, and on its shores is Area 51. Rumored to hold alien spacecrafts or even aliens themselves, area 51 was built by the the CIA in the late 1950s as a test- ing ground for the secret U2 spy plane and now houses top secret Department of Defense - related projects. It remains on enimgnatic iceberg of the cold war : no one knows for sure what lies beneath the surface.

• Area 51 is exluded from all enviromments regulations and its buget is completely classified. Nothing is publicially known what goes on there, but the base hase been the test site for many top secret CIA projects as well as the center of of the modern UFO conspercy.

  Area S-4 a subsection of the Groom Lake faccilities where Robert Lazar alleges he saw nine Alien space ships that goverment has in its possesion. Area S-4 is next to Papoose Lake, a smaller dry lake 15 miles southwest of Groom Lake.

  Lazar Robert responseble for bringing national attention to Area 51 in 1989. Clamed that he worked in Area S-4 of the Groom Lake facilities as a "reverse engineer" on Alien space ship his job was to dissect the propulsion system and determine how the ship flew. He uncoverd element 115, whose properties allow the control of gravity.

  Element 115 according to Robert Lazar, the as-yet.undiscoverd(on Earth) super heavy element that allows gravitational waves to be hornessed and converted into energy to cros the vast distances of space quickly. Therorized to exist by the Laboratory for heavy Ion Research Darmslad, Germany.
