Heyla Listsibs! My name is Laura Marie Laffoon (yes, I occaisionally go by Laura Marie), I live in a little town in South Carolina called Tega Cay. It is just south of Charlotte NC, so if I say I'm from there, that's why! I am (now) a senior Chem major at Randolph Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, VA. I absolutely ADORE Misty (to the point that I am now on my 2nd set of The Last Herald Mage trilogy). Other authors I enjoy are Dave Duncan, Asimov, Anne McCaffrey, Diane Duane, C. J. Cherryh, and Tolkien. I read voraciously and have been known to take encyclopedias on long trips for "when I get tired of fantasy" (or something...). Almost all of my family (including myself) are total trekkers (my uncle says he's still a Trekkie, though!) and it is a huge deal to gather at someone's house and watch season premiers/finales. The reason I a have a dragon for my sig is that I'm convinced that in a previous (or perhaps forthcoming) lifetime I was(will be) a large, blue dragon (with a great sense of humor!)
