Latest Merchadise

Over Christmas I got most of teh latest X-Files Merchandise. So I thought I would review them so could help you decide what to buy.

Trust No One (The Official Third Season Guide To The X-Files) by Brian Lowry £9.99

ISBN 0-00-638836-1

This is the best of the X-Files books that I have read so far. It is the second volume of the Official Guide which was also the best. In Vol II the fist chapter is how they made Talithi Cumi from the idea to shooting the episode with interviews with the cast and producers and Chris Carter. If you are looking for a book to buy check it out.

Book of the Unexplained by Jane Goldman about £15

I got this book a little earlier than christmas because Jane Goldman actually popped into my school to sign copies of the book. The spooky thing the authoress actally looks a dead ringer for Gillian Anderson. I asked her if she syled herself on Giilian but it was a coincedence. The book itself is a Official publiciation. It is all about how each episode is based on fact. It is well reseached. Have a look at it.

Limited Edition Season One Collection (15 Certificate) £79.99

This box it expensive but it is the whole of season one on tape with interviews with Chris Carter. Its worth it if you haven't recoeded all of the episodes like me but by the time you read this it has probably sold out all around the country.

The X-Files Postcard Book (The Conspiraces) £5.99

ISBN 0-00-638835-3

This book is paked full of 30 postcard images of scenes from season one to season three's cliffhanger. Well worth it as a collectors item so don't start sending them to your great aunt alice!

The New Unofficial X-Files Companion Vol II by N.E. George £9.99

ISBN 0-333-67981-4

This book is my second fav X-Files Companion becuase it lits all sorts of info you never knew about The X-Files like in 2Shy in the opening scene when Scully is talking to Mulder she is standing on a wooden box to increase her shrinking size. Well worth buying.
