< An attractive woman reporter is standing in front of a yellow police line. A few CIP men are standing near the line, stopping anyone who tries to pass over them. One of them is talking into some kind of communication device. Although it's night time, the scene is well lit by a burning car and by burning rivers of gasoline that are producing heavy smoke. A turned over motorcycle can be seen, as well as a few bodies, but the distance and the smoke hinder the view of any more details. >
"Good evening to all our viewers. This is Linda Jey reporting to you live from the International District. Not a week has passed since the attack of Council Island, and once again Seattle sees another major battle. Two unknown groups have turned this area, which lies a couple of blocks west of Council Island Bridge, into a war-zone, attacking each other with automatic weapons, explosives, and magic. The Council Island Police claimed jurisdiction over the situation due to it's proximity to Council Island. They refuse to release more details about the groups involved or the identity of the bodies, whose number is currently estimated to be about a dozen." < The camera tries to zoom in on one of the bodies, but the heavy smoke prevents details from being seen, and one of the CIP men, realizing what the camera man is doing, blocks the lens of the camera with his hand. The camera then returns to the reporter. >
"Lone Star claims to have one witness, possibly a member of one of the fighting groups, in custody. The only official statement released by Lone Star is that the CIP is in charge of the situation. However, unofficially, LS officials said they are 'baffled' by the CI interest in the battle, but, as one LS officer said 'If CIP wants to get into this fragging mess, it's ok with us.' As for now, CIP did not give any official statement, except claiming the situation is under their jurisdiction. As we can see, this will be a long night for the Council Island policemen, and it may take days before this mess is cleaned up. This is Linda Jey, signing off."
